Super nice staff. Not too crowded. A nice place to sit and enjoy.

Everything is good except for when you check out they have a thing to ask you for a tip. No, the tip jar is great, you can put your money in but for some reason it seems like with this new tip thing at the beginning of the payment. They people see that you don't do it, so you're kind of forced into doing it. So now your drink is not $6 and something sounds like a normal is it's now 7 or even more. If you have a bigger tip and then if you don't tip, it's like people cop and attitude. It's ridiculous whoever thought it was a read. Reject from tip yar Mania I mean, come on, how hard is it to put money in a jar? Now you make it so that you have to because people with the credit cards weren't tipping, we'll make a swipe thing for the credit cards in the jar. I mean, that's genius, call out the tip to swipe tip swipe jar LO. L

staff here is very friendly! they always get my drink right and they make it very good with the toppings and everything. basically picture perfect. love this Starbucks ! :)

Working in town for 5 weeks doing the Best Buy remodel. Definitely my go-to Starbucks Monday through Friday and it's really awesome that they knew my name on the second day I visited. Customer service is excellent.

Fast service and wasn't too crowded for 7:30 in the morning. Made the order for a group of 5 in 5 mins without messing up the customizations. Nothing more you ask for at a Starbucks...

They were all extremely friendly Pleasant had my order ready before I even put my wallet away and it's not a fast drink to make and one young lady was absolutely gorgeous made me wish I was a year or two younger alright 7 or eight years younger maybe 10 15 then I Be close to her age.

We like this place. Someone may say it's a very common place, but for us it is not. We value this place for great, I would even say, lovely atmosphere, smiling and extra polite service. Quality of coffee drinks is always at the highest rate.

One of the best Starbucks ever. Staff is always happy and they remember to include the puppachino for my dog, even when I forget sometimes. Highly recommend!

Nice spot close to SJC, if you want a quick stop for a Starbucks prior to catching a flight. On your way if you're coming from the East side of the Bay.

The manager was extremely nice and helpful. She even recognized me from another location nearly 4 years ago. I will definitely be back.

I just happened to go in on a Sunday and Starbucks closes early on Sunday at 7. But the guys who were there informed me that they were closing and I had 10 minutes to order something and they were very polite.

Baristas are friendly. Short wait time. I got distracted on my phone, and barista was sweet enough to come around and bring my drink to me where I was seated.

These people are heroic - they detected I needed COFFEE and they saved me.
Had that mobile App so that may have helped - whatever, I'm alive to post this
