I haven’t had any issues I could really complain about. Mail is consistently on time. Even in bad weather. New drivers put packages in new places until they learn their route, that’s ok.
But, what I find funny is how someone would write a bad review. As if your bad review would change how a government business is ran 🤣🤣🤣
Actually, we love our mailman. It’s too bad he’s near retirement. I love his smile and friendly talk.

They usually scan the packages right away and the staff is very nice. They also deliver packages and mail daily at a consistent time so I know when to expect it.

Bowdoinham Post Service have no Passport Services. They don't have Passport form neither Passport Picture. It is kind of busy most of the time. Inside is nice and clean. They have an handicap parking spot. This building have no other business in it. It located in a visual area. They have a good workers. Our mail carrier is very nice. We like her. She does her work with a passion.

When I order something and the shipping choice of the company is Surepost, I automatically know it will be delivered late to me. UPS drops it off at the post office then the post office usually delivers it in a couple of days. I usually get my order two days beyond the estimated shipping time from the seller. Always late.

I ship packages for in home businesses I usually use the Gardiner post office and they scan them right away. Bowdoinham did not scan them into the system when I dropped them off at the counter so customers can not track their packages and think I still have not shipped. Once postage is paid if it has a tracking number it should be scanned asap showing it's in possession of the USPS.

Never have a helpful visit. None of the employees seem keen to help with mailing questions and packaging questions. No matter what day or time I go or who I meet at the desk, it’s like pulling teeth trying to get my questions answered on the best way to ship said item i brought in. Asked if i could buy some stamps too and got a ‘yes’ and then blank stares- no options given on how or which ones or how many i want- i always dread having to go here to send a package

I ordered something on back order for my nephews first Christmas. It should have been delivered yesterday however I got a notification that the delivery was on hold, stating they needed more information. I called as soon as they opened this morning and they had already sent my package back to Amazon. The woman I spoke with claims the address didn't exist. They have been delivering mail to this address for over 30 years. I've double and triple checked to make sure I didn't make an error and it is clear this is their mistake. I live out of state and because of this error I wont be here for my nephew to get his first Christmas present because the new delivery date is after I've left to go home. I am so disappointed!

Does our "Mail carrier" know how to read? Why do all of my packages end up at the next house or on the ground?

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Deliveries are inconsistent.
