My husband’s iPhone screen cracked and Jerry got it repaired by promised time and at a best price I can find in town. Reliable and friendly staff they are very professional.

I recently had the opportunity to have my iPhone screen fixed, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the service and results provided. The entire experience left me feeling satisfied and relieved, and I am excited to share my positive feedback. Called and went in to the Walnut store on a Sunday. Phone was fixed and working like new in less than 20 mins.

Extremely Satisfied. Took in my iPhone for screen damage. The new display was installed in less than half hour. It is more vibrant and responsive than before! The mechanic even fixed the face ID issue as well. The price is unbeatable and the extra service is free!!!

I work in LaVerne and wanted to take my phone to a place close by. I took my iPhone to be repaired For a cracked screen. Eric helped me. He was polite and my phone was ready exactly at the time he said it would be done. The repair was done perfectly and he also included a screen saver. I would highly recommend this repair place. I texted Jeremy at 1:47pm on a Tuesday and he promptly and accommodatingly responded with a 2:30pm appointment availability. I showed at 2:31pm and Jeremy was ready and gave me a thirty minute turn-around time. I walked down the street to get some frozen yogurt and returned at 2:49 and was politely told the phone was ready.

I received the phone and the screen looks brand new. Profession service and ambience. Will definitely recommend and highly highly recommend!

I called ahead of time and he said I could come in at any time. Replaced my screen (iPhone 6) in 20 minutes and charged $79. Nice coffee shop downstairs to wait. Really friendly, my phone is as good as new!

Called due to problems charging iPhone. Would charge sometimes but not other times unless placed in a certain angle. Got a quote for a small fee if just a cleaning issue, or slightly more (but still reasonable) if the charge port needed repair. Tried cleaning on my own to no avail. Took it in (located upstairs on second floor above a restaurant in downtown Laverne). Got fixed within 30 seconds (he used tweezers with spotlight to get a good look). No charge. Amazing service. Would go back again if any future issue.

I cracked my screen this morning. I scheduled an appointment for 5 PM, and by 6 PM I was out the door for freshly repaired device.

Do yourself a favor and call Jer when you have hardware issues, he will kindly repair your device quickly and professionally. Btw, there's a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant on the first floor of his office complex. So you'll have plenty to enjoy while you wait.

After a year of going back and forth with Applecare and the genius bar, I decided to bring my phone in to Jeremy. Went in at 10:40am and Jeremy was done with my phone before 11am! Exceptional service and never will I buy applecare again.
