These guys are super helpful. Kurt has gone above and beyond to help with my car problems on multiple occasions. Way better than the competition!

Worried about an oil warning lamp that came on today. Had just had my oil changed and I am leaving for Denver tomorrow. A really nice young man named Brian checked my levels, assured me I was fine, then offered to check my oil sensory light. I didn't have time for that.
But will use this place from now on. With the quality of service and the "happy to help you" attitude, why would I go elsewhere?

The employees are amazing and very helpful here, always happy to help.

On my way to my 8th graders graduation, my thermostat went out on my car and I limped it to this O’Rielys and all I can say is the whole staff was AWESOME!
I bought the part I needed and asked if I could use some tools to fix my and as usual, they said yes.
But this staff went above and beyond to help me, give me gloves and made sure I had ALL the tools needed to fix my car.
Anytime I came in, they ALL catered to me and helped me as much as they could!
I have been to many auto parts stores and even worked at one many years ago and I’ll say they did more than any auto part store has ever done.
The manager was one of the most helpful thoughtful guys I’ve ever dealt with in this type of situation - THE BEST!

The man at the counter in the Windsor CO store went above and beyond being just a regular employee. He spent a lot of time researching and found my part. His name is Tyler and you need more employees like him. I'm willing to bet the other employees are wonderful too.

My daughter’s car wouldn’t start, and some awesome friends of hers towed it to O’Reilly’s thinking it might be the battery. Matthew came out and tested the battery and showed how it was low and tested the alternator and showed me it was working just fine. I purchased a new battery and he switched out with the old one in just a few minutes. Matthew was extremely helpful and friendly!

Everyone was attentive and friendly. Chase and Greyson served me directly. Chase was exceptional. I commented on how I was impressed at how willing they were to change my battery out in such cold weather and that I wish I could give him a hundred bucks tip, that he was definitely deserving. His comment was to the effect that the greatest tip for him is great karma returning to him. Made me feel worthy of his help. Thank you all for having such good service people.

From now on, this store will be my first stop for auto help! The customer service I received from Brandon was amazing!!! He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure that I not only had the right part for my headlight, but that I also knew how to install it. He totally went the extra mile and even complimented me on trying to change a light bulb myself! He has made me an O'Reilly customer for life!

I went into the store thinking I had a fuel restriction problem with my car. Craig (or Greg) was very helpful and obviously knows a lot about cars. He helped pull the code on my vehicle and was able to give me ideas of where to look next. He was very patient, as the process took a while. Great staff!

Amazing crew. I was involved in a car accident right in front. The employees came out to check on us and invited us into the store for the AC (was 95 out). They even gave my kids a backroom tour to help distract and calm them down while we dealt with the police. Top marks for customer service!

Went to the other auto parts store in Windsor and they were absolutely NO help! Next stop down the road was here at O’ Reilly’s. The two young men working there were awesome!!! Went above and beyond! I believe the one men was Sheldon possibly?? Thank you!!

Never failed us, never conned us, usually have all the parts we need. Great customer service as well - one employee, Casie, even replaced our battery for us after we purchased a new one.

The workers at this O'Reilly auto parts are always friendly and give a great answer. Their turnaround time for ordering products is less than a day for most things. It's awesome! 6/5

Brenden was so helpful and is an incredible asset to your store in Windsor, CO. He greeted me, looked up the parts I needed and helped me replace my headlight in the middle of an insane wind storm. Great customer service! We’ve been there multiple times this week with questions from wiper blades to mechanical concerns. Every time we’ve gone, even though busy they have all been super helpful and not rushing us with our questions or concerns. Very friendly staff. Thank you!!!!

Great shop with super helpful employees. They will help you with chain sizes or cable chains also wiper replacement, battery check and replacement, and suggestions on how to repair problems.
I will definately use them again
