I love bundt cakes! Great to see a location pop up near by. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and there were many flavors available for me to choose from when I was there. My cake was decorated nicely. Would come here again. I haven't been here in forever and have forgotten what items I can get for birthday or baby shower celebrations so I hope the pictures help others know they can get additional items to help with decoration and gifting.

Can't wait to visit again. Staff is friendly and accommodating. And of course, the cake is delicious :-)

Nothing Bundt Cakes are so good. We ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday party and everyone loved them. I’m happy that they have this location in Milpitas now. The lady that helped me was very kind and helpful in choosing what we wanted.

I have a nice who is extremely allergic to eggs and peanuts. Nothing Bundt Cakes has always been a great option for our whole family to ensure she does not feel excluded from dessert. Plus the variety, moistness of the cake, and depth of flavor gurantee we will be coming back for more.

Perfect gift for someone who has everything! Ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry cake and was very pleased with the product. Rich! Delicious! Perfecto!

I LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes. They are delicious and amazing cakes for any occasion…. but I am so highly disappointed with my Mother’s Day order. I ordered two cakes: 8” Red Velvet and a 10” Red Velvet with extra frosting, large hydrangeas, and a mother’s day flag. I come home and I see that both cakes are BARE. Sure, cake and frosting would have been perfectly fine if they had filled the giant gapping hole that was supposed to hold a beautiful and stunning decoration piece but nope. It is a sad, depressing, tragic hole. I can’t believe that this is what is to show for Mother’s day. I did not even get the flag. Just disappointing.

I did manage to get a refund for the decorations and store credit for a cake since I don’t have the time to get decorations but this is a lesson: check your cake before you leave.

I’m sure the cake is still heavenly as all nothing bundt cakes are. I love majority of their flavors and their cream cheese frosting is one of the best. Their staff is also nice and friendly.

I love the store decorations. Customer service is very good. The cake flavor is too normal. Nothing special cakes covered with butter frosting. I feel over priced

First time buying from this location and was disappointed with the result. We ordered a confetti cake for a birthday party on Saturday. The cake bread was great, amazing taste. But the frosting had pieces of plastic that many of the invites nearly choked on. Attached is a picture of the pieces that were found in the frosting and a picture of the cake for reference.

Employees need to be extremely more careful when it comes to mixing in the ingredients, as this seems like a plastic bag was mixed into the frosting, causing the bits of plastic to be in the frosting.

This location is terrible. They take no pride in their work. I picked up my friends baby shower 2 tier cake and knew right away it was awful. The cake was sloppy (baked over) the icing was falling off and all over the protective film. When I said the cake was not looking right I was questioned as to what was “not right about it” customer is always right and they take absolutely no pride in their work. What a waste of $75 dollars. Please do yourself a favor and go to another location. The best location is in Willow Glen and I have ordered from there many times. I will not be retuning to this place and I hope that this review will be used for quality and customer improvement.

I ordered a cake over the phone the employee was incompetent. She couldn't hear anything I was saying in English! I pick up cake Fri ja.n 27@12 I Walk in I get no greeting,hello or hi can I help you or be right with you.Cashier is helping a lady check out.
Customer leaves. I'm in there alone browsing for Candles still no hello can I help you. A white woman walks in immediately the cashier asks her if she need help with anything. The cashier is rude and SHOULD greet every customer! Racists! I'll NEVER return to this bundt cake!

Got a mini carrot cake. Somehow the frosting was bitter. Not sure how that was possible.
