We had excellent customer service - Aaron greeted us, gave us info on different sales on Pokemon cards (what we were interested in) and options to get. He was so nice to my son and I am very appreciative of him going out of his way to treat us so kindly. We aren’t local but I would definitely would recommend this store to anyone close by to stop in. Thanks Aaron!!

Came in a newby looking for a set up and these guys helped me find the perfect fit and got me rolling out the door with everything! Great customer service and prices! Thanks broskis!!!

Jeff and his staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly and all around perfect salesmen (and women) who always know what I need or where to get it. Being disabled myself, they even help my service dog who is always welcome in the store. I would never go anywhere else with Jeff &co. there to help.

One of the best GameStop locations by far. The store is neat and clean. The best thing about this store is the people. Clover was amazing. We got there about 4 minutes before they closed to get a last minute gift. Clover was great in assisting us and was super friendly. You don't see this kind of customer service anymore. It's a breath of fresh air to come to a store and get this type of service.

Gabriel was very helpful and patient and understanding with a purchasing concern that required me to go back due to some technical issues.
But I left feeling comfortable that I would go back and complete my transaction!!!
Went back and Gabriel helped me out and left with an awesome gift for my fiance!

Ian was an amazing help and really showed his knowledge on pokemon and games. He answered all of my questions about pokemon when I needed it no matter how mundane. He was very patient and it was clear he loved what he did.

Temps were dropping but we still had shopping. We ran to the Best Buy near our house, found a queue box for the game, waited in line, only to be told they’re sold out. The Game Stop website was quick & pointed us in the right direction (30 mins away). I called to verify that they had it & sure enough they did. As a customer, I’m always thankful for accurate inventory.

It was an arctic blast kind of night and just a few minutes before close. The associates were helpful and found the game. Within 5 minutes we were back on the road. We really appreciated their help and were happy to have that item off our list!

Save yourself the time & go to Game Stop. Not sure what we were thinking trying Best Buy.

My son loves new games. We have been visiting this location for over a year now. The employees are always nice and polite and the store is clean and organized properly.
I typically call ahead and see if there are games available and they have no problem looking for me, and they have always had what we were looking for either new or used.
They have also helped me with troubleshooting game consoles when I didn't know what to do.

Typically, these stores never impress me in the area of customer service or much of anything, for that matter. Last Sunday, I wa looking for sports cards (which they do sell now) and the two younger employees were amazing. Great uplifting attitude in what could have easily been a depressing experience, without anyone else in this GameStop store.....But, alas, my preconceived notions were immediately vaporized as I was treated to employees putting forth effort and attempting to make my "shopping experience" fun and memorable. I didn't even find what I was looking for, but I'll be back because this is how you operate a good business.

Aaron gave us the best customer service that we received over a problematic PS4 console after visiting 2 Best Buys, and 2 other GameStop stores. I won't be back to a Best Buy or a different GameStop location. If we have future issues I will ask for Aaron every time. He listened, problem solved, and went out of his way to make things right for us. Thank you so very much Aaron.

I’ve never been much of a console gamer but I’ve recently decided to give it a go with friends. I had no idea what the different Xbox’s there were or how many games I could even fit on the one I ended up getting. I was helped by two associates, a lady and a man. Lady was very friendly while ringing me out and explaining the warranty. The man was more so explaining to me all the different things the Series S could do and what it’s faults were. They were completely honest with me.

The worker was quick and efficient. I sold a couple of phones and was very satisfied with the service we received. My boyfriend even asked some random questions about fortnite and the Xbox one and he knew exactly what we were talking about and responded with facts and not just some guessed answer. Super clean and organized store also!!

Ian was awesome he really knows his stuff every time I go there he is a great help!

This GS is always so great to me. The employees are nice, they're helpful, and knowledgeable about my special interests. This is the only GS I go to anymore.

I went to GameStop with my brother to reserve a copy of the new Star Ocean game. The customers were pretty friendly and so was the CSR. I hope that GameStop will hire more people for this location. Bryce the CSR was doing a great job bouncing between 2 different lines and having another CSR there to help him out would be a great help for this location!

This review is for Michael P. I was in this location earlier today and was helped by this gentleman. Coming from multiple years of retail management this is pretty much exactly the kind I person you want heading up your customer interactions. He was polite, informative, and vigilant.
Im pleased to say that I am very impressed with the customer service provided at this location.

I work at the Subway across the lot and since it's a convenient location I usually come in after work to see what all they have. I have been saving my tips for the Kingdom Hearts coming out in January and drop by to put some money down for it everytime I have time. I have never had a bad experience here myself and the staff are always welcoming and friendly when I do go in. Keep up the good work!
