Flamingo Waterpark Resort

Rooms are at best a 3 🌟 but the atmosphere was great and price was too. The staff was helpful and great too. The rooms themselves are the lever of a motel not hotel and could use some renovations. The pool and water activities were good and very much worth the stay. I Definitely would stay again just don't have high expectations on the rooms. Everything else is great

Me and my children absolutely loved it the staff was so nice and welcoming. The kids had an absolute blast and they definitely want to return. The only downside was the tiki bar wasn’t working when we arrived hopefully next time they will have that up and going. Other than that 10/10 highly recommend. Free parking also $100 deposit is required during check in but I got it back like 4 hours after we left.

My kids absolutely loved this place! Having the waterpark steps from our door was super nice, great way to save money since Orlando attractions are very pricey! We loved the staff at front desk and the Guest Services desk, great advice on what to do in town!
The rooms are ok, I am sure they are going to work on a renovation soon, but we felt like it was good enough. Looking forward to staying there again next year!

Pretty fun. The Water Slides were not that scary. The purple one was the scariest. Very dark and too many curves, the little pool next to the slides had a very bad floor. I got damage in my legs due to the floor, and the pool has way too much chlorine!!! My eyes were on fire after just opening them under the water for 5s. And the hot water spa broke

So I came here for my birthday get away! May 14 Taurus baby! And I cried at the front desk because of my error but the ladies were so calm and sweet to me!!! I was so tired from a 3 hour drive and seeing AJR in concert that I just couldn’t contain myself I was so excited for my room because there was a jet tub and my view was the Waterpark!!! Staff was so friendly and bilingual which was a plus because I did not know much Spanish lol. But it’s nice to a family oriented environment!!!! Thank you all for an amazing 33rd year of life!

Very impressed and satisfied by this hotel, the staff, the rooms and service. The rating online does this place no Justice. Should be upgraded soon I hope. I want to give a very heartfelt thank you to all the staff including the room service folks but more to the front desk staff who were so accommodating. These are Lesley, Abby, Lorena & Letty. If I left someone out it wasn’t intentional, I just didn’t get your name, but to all of you at this location, God bless you all land thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Staff was really nice, rooms were immaculate and clean. Me and my family had a blast at the water park and the pool. It's a really nice location for vacation. Their drinks at their restaurant were delicious.

Loved the stay the place is clean and maintained to superior standards the service we received was passionate and dedicated to reach our satisfaction and to compliment our stay.

We attend Country Thunder each year. We have stayed in other hotels and they are nowhere close to this hotel. Clean, updated and Customer Service is awesome. We have stayed there 2 years now. This is definitely our go to Hotel. Keep up the great work and atmosphere.

It's a pretty damn good deal with the water park included. I got rooms on their site for like a hundred bucks a day.

We drove from Austin Texas and my kids had a great time at this resort. They loved the waterpark and the slides were fun for adults as well. We reserved the master suite with bunk beds and it was very clean. Huge refrigerator, nice dining table. We will definitely be back to make more memories. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a very nice and secluded resort...very clean well kept and organized...all staff members we encountered were very pleasant and helpful answering questions and directing us to the proper place or individual necessary.... although we didn't get the opportunity to utilize the water park because of our overnight stay we did take the opportunity to tour the water park and it was amazing with plenty of water activities, game room, areas for little ones, private cabanas, music and full shelf Tiki Bar....lets just say i am in the process of planning a full family trip to this resort for spring....thanks guys presentation and great staff makes this a definite yes for us......

Only reccomendation I have for the resort is to use the deposits toward the room, instead of charging customers extra then refunding the deposit

I have lived in Florida my entire life and never heard of this place. My kids had a BLAST! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the 24 hour pantry was a godsend. My only complaint was the tiki bar not being open however bartender in the restaurant made fantastic cocktails. The water park is perfect for kids 10 and under. Definitely will be returning. My husband said it best, this place is a diamond in the rough.

We stayed for a few nights out of nostalgia and it did not disappoint. We stayed 3 nights as we prepared to move out of state; we enjoyed the lazy river, cantina, and Memo's restaurant. It did rain and they did close due to lightening, but opened back up. Towels are free for day use. Service was good! Chicken Empanadas were delicious! Ask for the Passion Fruit Mojito! We did not see one single roach and the rooms are dated, but Iit was clean and I loved it. Don't be surprised by the resort fee. It's worth it.

Excellent location and waterpark! It's 4 minutes from the Silver Spurs Arena so if you're coming there, can't get better than that! The waterpark has a lazy river and awesome slides, a tiki bar, and a towel attendant. There's a small shallow fun spot for toddlers too.
