The Saratoga Springs Costco is great. The best time to shop here is on Sundays or in the morning. I don't buy a ton of food here, but we love the guarantees and the customer service by Costco. We have bought furniture, our blinds, appliances, and other large home items from Costco because of their warranties and return policy.

This particular location does a great job. I like Costco in general but this location really hustles. Multiple times I've needed someone to go above an beyond and they've met the challenge each time. It is hard for them to keep everything we want in stock but that is the way it is in SS these days.

I like my local Costco as much as anyone but I’d love to see more exciting offerings or items that are different than the norm. This Costco feels like. They just stock the safe and boring stuff versus stumbling upon cool deals and items

Costco is an amazing place to go shopping. It does feel kind of limited with what it sells in store sometimes but makes up for it with truly the lowest prices and highest quantity. They also have a lot of exclusive discounts that make it all worth it. If you're worried about the price of the membership let me assure you, if you get the executive membership and make costco your main place for shopping you'll not only save money but with their cash back you'll even get some extra

Just wanted to say thank you to all the attentive Costco employees that helped my family tonight. As we were waiting in line for pizza my 5 year old son had a seizure. My wife and I haven’t ever experienced one of our children having a seizure. Everyone that assisted us was so kind and helpful. My one year old spilled water all over my wife’s shirt, and an employee brought her a new shirt for her to change into while we waited for the paramedics to arrive. I wish we knew everyone’s name that helped us today, our family is grateful for your kindness towards us during a stressful time. Thank you, love the Findlays!

I stopped at Costco to get a few things yesterday before taking my daughter to her basketball game. My wife was sick in bed, so I also had our youngest daughter with me. We got through the lines pretty quickly on a busy Saturday afternoon and realized that we need to leave for her game to be on time. I also realized that I didn't remember to bring her a water bottle for her game. I would have bought a case, but didn't have time to go through the lines. I decided to buy a bottle from the vending machine, but only had a $20 bill and the machine wouldn't take it. I asked a worker at the cash register between customers if she could give me change and it didn't seem like she would be able to. I asked sif there was anywhere else I could get change and the second worker standing there said "wait here and second, I can help you". I was confused at first as she ran over to the employee lockers, then realized she was getting into her purse to get me a quarter. I was overcome with gratitude and told her that she didn't need to do that. She smiled and handed me a quarter and told me that it was no problem at all.
I'm sure that Cheyenne had no idea that it had been a tough day for me, that I needed the water for my daughter, or that my wife was home, sick in bed, but her kindness had a huge impact on me. Thank Cheyenne! You make Costco and the world a better place.

Close to work which is convenient. The staff are pleasant. Everything is clean and super organized. Talk about a lot of variety and plenty of options. You can find anything here.

The staff at this Costco are some of the friendliest and helpful we've encountered at other Costcos. Costco clearly emphasizes great customer service because they are consistently customer focused. I'm particularly impressed with the kind and helpful attitude of the pharmacy staff at this location. They work really hard to help fill scripts in a timely way. And they are always friendly about it. I was recently assisted by a customer service person named BiBi and she was outstanding. Thank you for your emphasis on great customer service.

My kids live in Lehi, so we like to shop here when we are there. It is a nice new store and to us, has the benefit of not being as busy as other locations. I find the staff is friendly when I approach them.
It's a small thing, but I like that the restrooms are located at the entrance to the long hallway rather than at the end. Makes it nice for an older guy. The water in the sink taps is always nice and warm. A great experience.

I’ve been to several Costcos and this one has by far the friendliest staff. We’re excited for this to be our new location :)

If you've been to one Costco, you've pretty much been to them all.

Parking area is large than Lehi, less hassle.
The store isn't as busy as Lehi.
Food court has a dedicated food court self checkout.
Bathrooms are clean.
The building is newer.
The building is larger.

It's much easier to enter and exit Costco in Saratoga; however, peak traffic hours are brutal for this location. Redwood is the city corridor. Pioneer crossing goes west over redwood and then wraps behind the shopping center because the city and UDOT were stupid and disconnected Lehi Main Street from Eagle Mountain (they forced the flow onto either pioneer crossing or drive traffic south onto Pony Expressway). Traffic is pretty dense between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and 4:45-6:00, good luck. There's no longer a pinch point on Redwood and Lehi Main. The whole road is awful through the shopping center while more and more lights are being added. This happened to Bangerter Hwy before they realized bridges were needed because traffic flow was broken. Yes, I'm pushing on the traffic point, but this is important because in order to access Costco you have to make a left turn across peak traffic on Redwood Road to enter the west side. If you're traveling southbound, then you're crawling south through the congested traffic until you can turn into the shopping center. If you're Northbound from the housing area in South Saratoga, you have to turn left across Redwood Road to get on to Pioneer Crossing, but there's a dense flow of people headed home to Eagle Mountain. Once you do this, it is easier to get onto the property. When you want to exit, You will not be able to make a left turn easily onto Pioneer Crossing (West of the shopping center). The signal rotations are very slow for those making a left turn. If you go to the exit right by Costco on the Northwest corner where there is no signal light onto Pioneer Crossing, you are risking your life to make a left turn during traffic. Make a right and make a U-turn, or go where the light is one more street south (Even with slow rotations, it's easier, faster, and safer). If you want to exit directly onto Redwood Road, you have to make a right turn to exit the property into peak traffic which is usually at a dead stop. The signal timing on Redwood road gives priority to Pioneer Crossing. Now with every single cross street having a light, the entire road is gridlocked north of Lehi Main, down to Pony Expressway (Eagle Mountain has no option to avoid Saratoga City traffic). Both Pioneer Crossing and Redwood Road unintentionally form a traffic barrier that significantly obstructs movement getting into and out of the store during peak traffic. I guess this is what happens when UDOT and the city only build infrastructure with a 5-year lifespan. I cannot stress enough, do not shop during peak traffic hours.

I have lived in Saratoga Springs since the road was two lanes (North and South), without lights or stop signs, and was flanked by corn fields on either side of the road. There were no lights as the road flowed all the way up into Riverton (The exception being Lehi Main Street). In 15 years, Redwood Road has been reworked at least four times. 15/4 = 3.75, which means both the city and UDOT are incapable of coordinating, planning, and constructing sustainable infrastructure together. Stay away from peak traffic.

If you shop at the Lehi Costco on a Saturday, then shop at Saratoga on a Saturday, you'll prefer shopping at Saratoga more than Lehi. Just avoid the store during peak traffic hours at night and you'll be fine.

Also, I have found seasonal items and some vendor items sell out rapidly here. When they're out of stock I've been able to find them at the Lehi or Orem stores. I don't know how many people are aware of this, but each Costco store does have certain items that are more accessible based on quantity given the demographics of that store. In addition some items are carried in one store that are not in another. Costco legitimately does change some products or quantities based on the store.

It's a great place to buy a lot of food and drink at once, it's great to help stock up for the next month or two, but be prepared to spend a lot of money here. For food, they have a large variety to choose from, such as fresh meat and produce, frozen food, cereal, bread, and even seasonings for your food. As for their selection of drinks, they always have a decent selection of bulk soda from Coke and Pepsi, such as Mtn dew, Diet coke, Sprite, and probably a couple of flavors I didn't notice. For energy drinks, they have regular Monster and zero sugar Monster, and they have Red Bull as well, but I can't remember if they had any Rockstar. You can buy water bottles and even fancy mineral water, which I have yet to try. A lot of products can be bought in bulk or a bundle, which is what helps make Costco great. As you're shopping for food, they have sample stands where you can try a different thing every day, and it can either be food, or a drink of some kind, usually healthy drinks I think. Clothes, shoes, books, and other accessories and items can also be found here as well, such as electronics, stuff for your car or house, they have all sorts of stuff, and it's almost always changing, I don't know how often they change their stock but if you see something you want, I'd buy it if you can afford it, it may not be there the next time you shop there. As far as brands go, they usually carry the fancier brands which are more expensive but in my opinion worth it. I recently went to get a couple of new pairs of glasses, and if you buy two pairs, you get $50 off your second pair. They also offer contacts as well, but I personally can't bring myself to wear contacts. I never really talk to any of the staff there when I shop, usually because I know what I want and where it is, but I'd like to think that the staff are friendly and willing to help you with anything you need

Love everything about the Costco chain! This location seems to always have a line in the food court. I myself had quite the wait on my last visit. Everything else about here is fantastic. Clean, welcoming, and always a great place to shop

It's Costco baby! I used to build refrigeration for Costco. This is the only one I've ever been to for a $5.50 whole Rotisserie Chicken! Sunday dinner is my favorite dinner of the week!

I love Costco they brought the $5.50 Chicken down to 4.99! Yum!

This is a really nice newer Costco. The Costco experience is the same as expected with friendly and efficient employees.

They were even finally serving up food samples. First time I’ve seen that since March of 2020. Nice to see things are getting back to normal.

This Costco is great, we are absolutely obsessed. Here is a photo of my sister, excited for a $15 shacket. When we want to have a good time, Costco won’t disappoint. ◡̈
