Great shop! They are very knowledgeable with surfboard selection and their new renovation inside makes it easy to shop. Check it on your way to the inlet for all beach needs.

I called and Greg answer. What a fresh breath of air. Had some questions about a surfboard passed down to my son. He's a mathematical genius with volume weight etc. Thanks again Greg!

The best surf shop anywhere! Bernie and Greg run such a classy shop. Always well merchandised and clean. Plenty of top quality gear including the Maddog brand. Bernies custom surfboards are second to none. It's awesome going into a surf shop with knowledgeable and accommodating staff that aren't condescending like other surfshops.

Absolutely fantastic!
Me and my friend went in to rent surfboards while on vacation (we have never surfed before), and we went in and we were able to rent a board for each of us for a week at a VERY reasonable cost. What I liked most about this place was the customer service.
The owner of the shop not only gave us pointers on how to surf (knowing we didn’t know anything about surfing), but he drove us to the beach in HIS own truck with our surfboards in the back so we didn’t have to carry them (we had walked to the shop from our hotel). I offered to pay him for driving us, and he didn’t accept it at all, he just told us to have fun! He was so so kind. Me and my friend were so pleased with the service that we bought T-shirts from there :)

These guys and gal are awesome! Not only do they have the best products and prices they offer the very best caring and knowledgeable customer service! This place has been in. Business for over 50 years! They know they’re stuff and their boards are incredible! I highly recommend this awesome business.

I bought a used older Mad Dog and came to see the store. Rita was there to help me and she was amazing. I learned a lot from her about the brand and the boards. Will def come back.

The owner here is amazing and the staff brightens any mood! They give you their best honest opinion and are always ready to help. They helped my brother learn so much about his board and gave him great suggestions. We don’t get to see them often but when we do it’s always an amazing time. This is right across the street from the Dahlia Park near the pier so there’s plenty of parking before you go into the ocean and if by chance you need anything then Mad Dog’s got you covered!

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and seems to have a passion for helping customers find the right board. There's a nice variety of torq boards and other cool items such as beach hats & ponchos i haven't seen anywhere else. Board prices are very reasonable, especially for new boards

Had an amazing experience here. The owner is so incredibly kind. The surf shop is located close by to the beach. We rented some foam boards twice during our stay and came back the second time because the owner was so lovely. If you’re looking for a great surf experience in Daytona you must come here !

Had a great experience here. Had a pair of sandals that didn’t fit, they made sure I got the right ones and worked with me to make sure I was good to go. Staff was very personable, felt like talking to people I knew for awhile. Highly recommend for quality stuff you may need!

Stopped in to check out the shop and met the owner and associate. He gave us a shirt and stickers. So a week later I stopped in to get some new kicks and got exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful on them also. STOP HERE YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID FOR SURE !!!! SUNGLASSES, BOARD SHORTS, SHIRTS, BOARDS!! AND SO MUCH MORE HERE !!

Went in to get some zinc oxide to cover scar tissue on my shoulder before hitting the waves. Bought a very cool logo cap and the owner said no charge for the zinc oxide. He has everything and you can tell he's meticulous. Great surf shop!!

Went in to grab a pair of trunks and became very thankful to Bernie and Rita. Great shop with the right brands. Bernie helped me find the trunks I needed then before I knew it gave some surf boards to my 2 daughters for the week. Rita helped my wife with swim clothing for the kids and recommended the best sun screen for the water. Best experience I have ever had in any store period. Thank you isn't enough for the help they gave. Going to buy some Mad Dog clothing before we leave the beach!!!!!!!!

Awesome experience! The customer service was great, the owner was very friendly, kind and honest. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Daytona beach area. I will definitely comeback!

These guys are the best, had a trip to Cali planned and found a way to ding my board pretty bad 1 week before my trip. Called them, took my board there, they fixed it up really nice and I’m gonna be able to make my trip. Highly recommended, these guys are the real deal. EPIC TO UNREAL
