I have come to appreciate the service and reliability over the years while I was active duty. To the point I am a loyal customer even post military.

ASHLEY was the nicest most helpful person. Very grateful for her!!! Also she works in 79 degrees carrying heavy boxes and yet she is extremely friendly and polite. She goes out of her way to help others. She deserves some recognition from UPS. You don't fine customer service like that anymore. Thank you Ashley!

Absolutely incredible service from the young lady up front. Her attitude was superb and she was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my package and had a contagious smile the whole time.

I've been going to this ups store for years and have never been disappointed.
To respond to other comments, they have new computers now, the phone is very active so yes sometimes you need to call several times. They are extremely busy on the weekends due to an excess of student customers, please be patient.

So efficiency with a smile! Will always use this store! John was so Funny, he made my experience there great!

Went several times during posted open hours to not find any staff available as well as the door locked. One of the times I went and it was open the envelopes set out to use where not supposed to be used by customers and was spoken to as if that was my fault. Overall displeased with a service offered on Fort Sill.

Tracker says delivered but not even there sent me om a wild goose chase to find out it was not where the ups store sent me. Go back and tell me to call customer service. Called customer service and was blown off the 1st time. (Luckily called again and was at least taken care of somewhat).
Ups store says whoever received the package at that building must not work at the ups store.
Horrible place to send packages. Even a colleague had a package delivered last week and it's still not there.

I called and told them the dimensions and weight and they quoted ground shipping would $27. I drive there and was told $42. I don't think the worker calculated it. I also setup a Iphone repair and apple setup return shipping at this store. I checked my tracking and it should have gone out overnight the same day on July 8. I checked the tracking on July 10th and it still there! I called and the guy said in nervous voice it will go out today for sure! I am starting to doubt that! The workers at that location are lazy and incompetent!

Guaranteed to either lose your package or a one day shipment turns into an entire week. They love holding onto packages and not mailing them out in A timely manner. Good luck ever reaching the manager.

called to ask if a package I sent had been picked up, was told at first by the employee that he could not give out that info even though I’m the one who sent the package. Put me on hold for about 5 mins and then proceeds to ask me questions about said package and tells me that it’s in their system and has not been picked up. The person I sent it to for whatever reason can’t get onto the base, regardless I asked to have it shipped to the ups store a couple miles down from them and he told me it would be almost the same amount I had spent to ship it from Tulsa or he could refuse the package and have it sent back. I had been trying to call the store for the last 3 days during business hours from 1-2 pm (tues, wed, and thur) finally had someone answer Friday. After all the phone calls and someone finally answers but try’s to blow me off saying they can’t give me any info on my own package. Don’t send packages here
