Amazing service. I walked in 20 mins or so before closing and I was able to have my questions answered with no rush and great detail. Very relaxed vibe and super friendly staff. I purchased a Yamaha acoustic/electric guitar to get back into playing again. I appreciate the environment and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this location for any of your music needs.

I love the way they receive me when I entered the store with the smile they are willing to help you out as soon as possible. I have a great experience and the person they help me they know what I was looking for and give me a better feedback they the one that I have, I love it. I recommended always let them know your ideas and compare the one that they have because they are professionals.

Don’t close the NE Philadelphia store! I know it’s too late for that, but I bought my first guitars here in the late 90s and I’m supremely going to miss this location.

This location was recommended by a few friends for some bass guitar tech services, and Elliot did not disappoint. He set up my basses to my liking, and the action on each has been amazing 👏🏿 highly recommend them.

Not sure what was going on with this sale. The price was 30 bucks over list. Maybe that's why there were 6 employees, my wife with I then a random dude playing a guitar. Still the place is amazing.

6 stars out of 5. Andrew was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee. Just truly somebody that has a passion for his job and the instruments he represents. The rest of the staff in the guitar section was just as great. Andrew helped me make a confident major purchase on a new amplifier and I am very happy with it. Sam ash is my favorite music chain due to the wide selection of items, great prices, realistic trade in offers, and attentive upbeat staff

Have many great memories here, from getting free guitar picks as a kid to trying out music equipment as a young adult. This is a really cool store that adds character to this mall. It's a shame they are closing it in May but in this business climate I'm surprised they lasted this long. Sam Ash Franklin Mills you will be missed 😪

I purchased a professional saxophone from Sam Ash (Franklin Mills) last year, and it came with an excellent setup and has performed fantastically. Due to a delay on a custom part by the manufacturer, it took another six months for that one part to arrive, but the GM Elliot kept in touch regularly to keep me updated, and covered the cost of shipping to me. I'm very grateful to this shop for their excellent service!

The Sam Ash in Franklin Mills is fantastic. I live 60 miles away from this place and there is another Sam Ash between my house and this location but I chose this location because of Gary.

My son has a Bach TR-300 trumpet. I bought the trumpet in very rough condition off the Internet, but it is the right trumpet for us. Gary took my rough trumpet and brought it back to life.

He was kind and competent. He was also honest. I’m extremely grateful for the work he did.

These guys are always very nice and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone. BEN the manager in guitars is very knowledgeable and patient. One thing is the bathroom hasn't worked for a long time. It would be great to have access to it.

We took our sons guitar to get new strings, and we met with a few great guys. Ben was so helpful. And our guitar was ready in a few days. Will return to this store. Great experience.

Extraordinarily! Please forgive me but I forgot the gentleman name who assisted me (he was one of the manager). The services he provided me was above and beyond. I was helped by Christine at the Philadelphia Mills store. He called around diff stores for a drumming book I wanted, a throne to complete set up for my kids drum set, and hooked me up with a professional headphones. I cannot say enough good things about this very helpful, friendly employee. My favorite music store. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They will always find you the most expert employee for interests. I will return to this store for all my musical needs. Christian went above and beyond being placed on hold and got back to me immediately when he found what I was looking for.

Had a great experience at Sam Ash at the Franklin Mills. I was kicking tires over the past month looking for a new bass, and every time I went in the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards my decision. At no point did I feel pressured, or was anyone trying to upsell me. I feel like I got a great deal, and am looking froward to bringing my son in to buy his first guitar. I wish I remembered names or staff, but everyone in the guitar room was great. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew towards purchasing a Wylde guitar I had wanted for a while. He was more than accommodating on both occasions I had visited the store. From trying multiple iterations of the Wylde guitar, to experimenting with effect pedals in order to test different sounds, I ended up going home with a wonderful guitar and a genuinely positive experience. When i arrived it was quite silent for a music store, the only music i heard was the guy that sold me my violin accessories, but even he was kind of silent but i still enjoyed it since it was the nearest music shop that i could go to without needing to go online and wait to buy something.
