Tiffany and Kayla are amazing, patient and kind. We had a difficult transfer from AT&T service. They made things as difficult as possible. These 2 Verizon staff members went above and beyond normal customer service to assist my father-in-law in setting up his new line of service. It was a long process, twice, due to AT&Ts lack of professionalism and outsourced customer care. Yet the Verizon staff took care of the issue. Treated him with dignity and grace. Thank you so much for the assurance that we made the right decision to change to Verizon. You are amazing!

Kayla is awesome she's the one you should go see you when you get there she did a great job.

Verizon has best cellular service, I yet to experience. Best technical support service, top quality devices!

I visited this location was impressed by the fast, friendly, and care team on shift!

I would recommend Bartlesville location to anyone else seeking upgrades or new services!

They should get arise/bonus for being two staff handling high volume of clients!

Just left with tech difficulties, the manager & staff working around 3pm on September 4th. Was very friendly, very helpful, solved my issues with devices & I even decided to go with available upgrades!

I will return & highly recommend this location to anyone.

Haven't been in this store since before covid and needing all devices upgraded. Some reviews haven't been nice but let me tell you everyone there was helpful. Benjamin very professional and nice.

Great service and great people that work there. They maintain a friendly environment for customers and work with them to give the best deals so they can leave with a smile on their face. The person I spoke with when I went there to start my phone plan was Japheth. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and put my concerns at ease when I switched service providers.

I dont remember the gentlemen’s names, but I Went in there yesterday. My account wasnt cooperating, but the two that were there were very patient and understanding. They helped me very quickly. They also interacted with my son who was a little fussy and made the experience so much easier than I thought it was going to be!

Daniel went up and beyond to help us. With all the frustration Verizon has done to mess up our account he tried to find ways to help us out. Thank you for your hard work and caring about your customers enough to do what it takes to help them out.

Great customer service. Very polite with the visit going great. Was able to transfer a new phone over in about 20 minutes. Had a great case to go with the new phone in stock so that was a plus. Will definitely come back to this store.

Destiny and Chris were very helpful in helping us in replacing our lost phone through our insurance and setting the new phone up. I have traded with this Russell Verizon location since they opened. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend.

They were so nice when I went I today. I will definitely go back they are very helpful. I got a new s8+ today and love it and loved the experience I had in the store today compared to my last experience 6 months ago big upgrade and the girls are amazing.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The traffic was minimal and service was quick. Staff knew specials and made us aware of better options! Will definitely use this store again!

I personally was horrified of this store to the point I’d make a trip to Owasso to deal with a corporate store. BUT, Four months ago I walked into the store because I was shopping around and wanted to price check somethings before I drove to Owasso. I spent three hours getting to know the new store Manager Lacey. She was a blast. After chit chatting and talking I had let her know I had once worked for another indirect agency in Colorado. I was offered a job on the spot. Lacey is working extremely hard to turn this store around and build it back up. Russell Cellular is a Big 6 Authorized Retailer and can do about everything a Corporate store can. I am honored to now be apart of the company. If it wasn’t for Lacey, I’d still be driving back and forth to Owasso for bill pays and upgrades. Some of these reviews are from before Lacey took over the store, and she’s definitely changed it. Our clientele has grown and we’ve proven that we can make a difference in our community and as a Verizon retailer. I’ve just hit my 90 days with company and love it. Russell Cellular is a great company to do business with and most of all work for. We truly value our customers as friends and family. Every Wednesday before Thanksgiving we have a VIP friends and family Day, a big sale day for the company to honor our support from our customers. We make the Bartlesville location your one stop and shop. If there is anything you need help with come in and we can fix it or try to resolve the issue. Be like me and give the store a second chance, I’m glad I did!

Best experience ever at a store. I was confident with my purchase and the exceptional service. If more stores had knowledgeable employees as J, there would be more shoppers.

I'm gonna be honest this is probably the best Verizon store I've dealt with in my 10 years of having Verizon/Russel Cellular as a carrier. My guy Japheth put out the best customer service I have ever seen and answered every and all of my questions, leaving them easy to understand for me and helped me with a few things on my account. 10/10 would come back here again if I ever had any questions.
