Good customer service

Absolutely terrible service! I will NEVER shop here again. I put in a canvas order for a birthday present. I received confirmation that the order was ready and drove all the way to the store. I was told very rudely and condescendingly by the manager, Juanita, that they didn’t have the canvas size and she didn’t care that I had received a confirmation, she couldn’t do anything. She then went on a 5 minute rant on how it’s such a burden for her being the manager on duty. Never once apologizing. When I asked to have the canvas printed on a different size she said she couldn’t do anything and said to order it again through the normal process, meaning I’d have to wait another day and drive all the way back. She never once apologized or even acknowledged our inconvenience, only complaining how it was annoying for her. The other non-photo employees at the Walgreens were very nice and apologized even for how rudely Juanita had treated us.
