Parking in front of office and walk there to get the assignment door. Backup leaving 5 ft space to open the door when loaders release your trailer. Fast loading process. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers.

Very nice and professional staff. They will attempt to load you early if possible. Limited parking as others have stated but I'm not sure why. The place is huge. I called ahead and was told there was room on the street. Once they started loading it was less than 30 minutes. Pretty much on line with other Lineage Logistics. Can't complain about that. Good people, good place. 👍

One of the best places I've picked up cargo

Come at appointment time only. There's no room to stage in their lot. I had an appointment for 8am. Got there at 745am. Park at stop sign when you pull in. Checkin to the right in a mobile home type building. Took about 2 hrs from checkin to check out. You'll get a clip board to give to the loader when its time to get loaded. You'll get the clip board back after loading. Cat scale is about 10 miles from shipper. Great first time experience. Drive safe drivers!!

Easy check in, receiving girl was friendly and understanding. Didn’t seem to see any parking except on the street for a couple trucks but wouldn’t advise it. Can be an hour early to check in. Pretty fast loading. Was in and out in less than an hour.

My experience was 5+! Appointment at 10 am, showed up at 9:15 and got a door right away. Paper work at 11:00 am. Thank you to this people.

Solid place to load. You can park across the street. You can call then before appt time to see if they will load early. In my case appt time was 8 pm, got me in the door at 7 and done at 8. Easy backing, efficient loading. Good job overall.

Office lady z super nice n polite

My entire experience here was way above average. The girls in the office were friendly. There’s gun magazines to read and coffee to drink in the waiting room. And it only took 10 minutes to get loaded. I wish every place was like this.

App 4pm arrived 2 pm, got door 4pm loaded 4 50pm...good

Wow! They out did themselves! Wonderful people, friendly, helpful. Fully loaded my trailer in about 15 minutes. Amazing, wish all warehouses could be like this. (I can dream, can't I?)

The warehouse directions WON'T appear on your truckstop purchased GPS, must use your cellphones GPS to find the place, it's a large facility with plenty of room to maneuver.

Great place to make money for detention. I can be very rich by just sitting here, l do not get why drivers leave urine bottles everywhere to protest. Lol.
