I was there 12/06/23. Received excellent service from Evan, with a tricky iPhone transfer. Phone had been dropped & no longer had WiFi which made transfer of data to new phone harder. Evan took his time with me & also was cordial to new clients.

Yemi was absolutely wonderful taking care of 3 customer at the same time and taking care of each one of our needs simultaneously while working alone on a Sunday. I highly recommend going to this Verizon for your cell phone needs!

We came here on Labor Day 2023 and were helped well beyond our expectations. The gentleman on duty was friendly, thoughtful, and extraordinarily helpful. He took time to answer our questions, help us with our account and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you very much!!!

I went into the store to purchase a new iPhone and was so pleased with the exceptional service courtesy of Yemi! He answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed information regarding promotional deals and more. He was so helpful that I actually called my son to meet me there so I could purchase a new phone for him as well. During my time in the store, I observed Yemi as he assisted other customers in person and on the phone. His interactions were professional and respectful at all times. I was having issues with my phone as I was receiving phone calls, but my text messages weren't sending or being received. I came to this store during my lunch break and Kavon was the associate working. While he wasn't able to fix my problem, he attempted to fix it 3 different ways and then when he wasn't able to, he contacted version technical support for me so that they could address the network issue on their end. Kavon was amazing and patient.

Yemi was the best! Extremely kind, polite and professional. Very friendly abd knowledgeable. He made getting a new phone and the entire process, FUN!

Was very quick and on point showed me a diff color phone which I really liked so tried something different , just wish the accessories were a lil cheaper but besides that nothing wrong with the service very on point and very welcoming

Both Brandon and Anthony have helped me with kindness and patience after many days of speaking to agents of Verizon on the phone who had not been helpful. Prior to these two gentlemen helping me I had been on the phone and online over an eight day period with a great deal of frustration. I wish to thank these two men for their help . They were professional and knowledgeable.

Brandon was very professional and completed our t-mobile transfer to Verizon smoothly. He is very patient and complete customer focused agent I have worked with so far. During our visit to the store he handled all the customers with polite and respect. All the customers left the store happily with their respective work done. He managed the whole store single handedly with atmost professionalism. Appreciate all his help to us and other customers.

Exceptional service!
I had two back-to-back visits to this location last weekend and each time I received courteous and attentive services from them, both Gni and Yemi. In the end, a days-long, complicated ordeal (stemming from AT&T) was resolved as a direct result of their competence and patience. On both occasions, we needed Verizon headquarters to intervene on the phone; Yemi advocated for us and tended to us, explaining to us each step of the process and encouraged us during roadblocks. I watched Gni and Yemi single-handedly attend to each walk-in customer with friendly and timely service; they quoted each customer with a realistic time to either wait or return. It was a marvel to watch them work. Yemi was even so kind to be willing to play Disney+ on their store’s TV for our 12-month old. Above and beyond! Yemi was committed to seeing our issue to the end, and he did! It was a relief to get our phones up and running again. This level of support and patience is bar none. They will be our go to location. Many kudos to Gni and Yemi.
