Long time customer of DT. This location and Carl and Devon were amazing. Driving my new vehicle on our wonderful roads in Denver (and all the potholes after winter), I kept getting a low air warning. Dealer couldn't get me in until following week. These guys added me to queue and got me in very quickly. Turns our I somehow dented a rim by hitting a pothole just right.... oh well, they gave me the options to consider, time to speak with my dealer, and also put on my spare, and were great to work with. I highly recommend this location! Thanks guys!

These guys saved me in a time of need. I had a screw in my tire and would not of made it home. They were closed but I took a chance. No questions asked. They fixed my tire.. this is what customer service is all about. They helped me out in a time of need. This is why I keep going back to discount tires.. great work and awesome customer service

This location was amazing and so were the staff! We had a nail in our tire and they fixed it for free and in less than an hour. The service here is great and we will be doing our future business here as well. Highly recommend.

I have purchased 3 sets of tires at this store and have always had great experiences here.
I took a flat in to be repaired yesterday, and get a new spare.
I dealt with Devon who I had never met there.
We hit one minor hiccup, but Devon went the extra mile to take of it.
This is the only place I'll buy tires.

This store and staff were great. I was able to walk in without an appointment, I was greeted instantly and helped right away. I had a leak in my tire, they told me it was a free service to look at it and fix the leak. They quoted me about an hour, which was no problem as I work 2 blocks away and was able to walk back to work. I got a call from the service provider about 45 minutes later, and apologized that it was going to take just a little longer. Again, no problem as I was so close. I really appreciated the up front call letting me know it was going to be longer than the hour originally quoted and constant updates of their progress. When I went to pick up my car, again I was greeted promptly and was handed my keys. The service rep Axel was great. He took care of my car and provided 100% great customer service. I highly recommend this store and all their staff.

I swooped in just before closing, quite desperate to have a tire checked. Low on pressure. They said no problem! They took it back, found a screw, and fixed it right away. They saved our weekend and I am so grateful. Thanks team!

One of my tire’s air started to leak when I got to work at 5:30AM. I panicked and drove straight to discount tire when I noticed it and decided to wait in the lot until they opened. Luckily, Axel happened to be there early in the morning and he helped me out! For that reason, they just gained a loyal customer and I will be coming to this location even though there’s one closer to home. Excellent service and I appreciate the generosity and professionalism!!

I got up first thing this morning made a few calls to Discount Tire locations, as soon as I would mention used tires I would get this lack of Interest from locations. I called this location I got Jeremy and he never lost his enthusiasm he was very professional I asked for two used tires he put me on hold came back shortly quoted me a price because he had them was a little more than what I wanted to spend he work with me because they were used tires and respected that I had a budget I could tell my safety was more important than selling tires .I told him I would be down in 30- 40 minutes. I got there Jeremy actually greeted me with a smile and a handshake, checked out my tires and notice I could use a set of four he checked he had a set of four I spent double the money I was going to spend, blew my budget out of the water and I did that because of the great customer service and he explained why I should get the set of four and I felt 100% comfortable and confident and what he was saying .

It's by far with Jake in there, it's the best Discount tire location in the country, and I have been going to discount tire for over 24 years now in many states, and one of the best friendly crew u can interact with. When you go there, consider urself a family member. I am super happy, and it totally worth my drive over half an hour to be seen there,

The location on Wadsworth and i70, is the worst in the country. They all should be replaced

Every employee here was so kind and assuring. I was in a tough situation after purchasing the wrong size tires online. This location had the size I needed. Even though they had 10 people in line ahead of me they assured me they would get me taken care of even if they were closed. Different members of the staff would come in every so often to assure me they were working as quickly as they can and to make sure I was okay. That was above and beyond service to me. They made sure to keep me updated and express their gratitude for my patience even though I was the grateful one for their hard work and assurance. Thank you for the great customer service even during the busiest time of your day! I appreciate you all and your store!

Fantastic team! I got 4 tires replaced here, and it went smoothly as could be. Everybody was super friendly, professional, and communicative. Axel in particular was great; he proactively let me know of a few other issues with my wheels which I really appreciate, as I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

As soon as I pulled up to park for my appointment, a representative was there to greet me to start getting my car serviced. I was there for about 30-40 mins and they fixed my tire in record time!

Absolute pros here. You’ll never regret buying the protection plan for your tires. These guys have seen it all and really know what they’re talking about, and I’m treated well every time I walk through the door. Highly recommended.
