Honestly this might be the most helpful GameStop I have ever been to. I had an issue where a game was gifted to me and purchased online and I had called multiple other game stops and they said they couldn’t do anything for me but they didn’t ask very many questions. Sarah who works at the GameStop and Salem Ask me all the right questions and come to find out I had all the necessary paperwork to return the game. I highly recommend if you have any kind of needs or questions to contact this GameStop. I haven’t had such luck with most of the other game stops in the area. Thank you again Sarah and your experience and knowledge was a big help in getting this done for me.

Always a pleasure going into my local GameStop they’re always knowledgeable about the product and take care of their customers/locals. Today was above and beyond though. Michael did everything he could to get my account up and running again. Needless to say my account is up and running again and just another solid experience. THANKS MICHAEL!

First time using/purchasing from this GameStop today because I live in the Boston ma area and Salem is a pain to get to, plus what I was looking for no one had and they did! I spoke on the phone with a Brian yesterday and John today regarding these items and they were AWESOME!!! Unbelievably helpful and friendly, went BEYOND the typical "Yes we have it, okay bye" and I was pleasantly surprised by that. I would Absolutly use this GameStop again 100%!! P.S. Please Give John and Brian a raise! :)

Me and my fiance go here all the time.He will only buy games from this gamestop just for the simple fact that all of the workers there are funny , energetic , & will tell you the truth. Like if you ask if this game is good or not they will tell you the pros and cons of the game or item your looking at. Love this gamestop :]

I have been shopping at this Gamestop since it opened (something like 15 years) It is always clean and organized the staff friendly and knowledgeable and a great selection of pre-owned games and consoles. Conveniently located with a Walmart so you can stock up on snacks and drinks for the binge gaming session you're about to embark on.
