Dropped the basically dead phone off before the appointment for a screen replacement, and they let us know when to return. If you schedule your appointment online you get a $10 off coupon. Sent my husband to retrieve the phone. It was done, works great so far, and they charged it up! Away from home, so very nice added touch. Great guys!

Replaced entire screen and digitizer within about an hour and 15 minutes. All the guys are friendly and the price was about the best I could find in Brainerd. The Verizon lady wanted about $60 more to fix it and that was IF I had insurance, which I didn't. Great place

I dropped my Otterbox-protected Samsung Galaxy S6 from the attic to the cold garage floor below while putting the Christmas tree away. The glass did not break but I guess the cold temp was too much for the LCD within. I set up an appointment at the Batteries Plus Bulbs location in Brainerd, MN. Jake told me from the beginning the Samsungs cost more to fix because of the way they are designed (from back to front). After my online discount, I thought the cost was very fair. The workmanship was superb! I'm so glad Jake got it working again!! Paid less than 1/4 the price of buying a new phone. Very happy!!
