Dunkin'

Decided to go there to do some paperwork n phone calls I couldn't do from home due to distractions. Not only was the food n service fast friendly n great tasting. I was completely undistracted. There of course were other customers there but for that brief maybe 30 minutes I felt like I was in my own office or something. Loved it n I'll be back!!!!

St Clair is my 2nd favourite location, but becoming more of my go to the last few weeks. Service is almost always quick(obviously the peak times slow down a little). Morning staff is always friendly. Can't say anything about the other crews as I rarely go to that location except for mornings.

The workers are very nice and my order is always correct at this location. My only complaint would be that it's difficult to pay with cash inside. You have to get someone to sell you a gift card to use. Doesn't make sense, why not just have a register open since you are giving them cash anyhow to buy the gift card.

Love this place. There are some times (rare) my drinks don’t taste right but 100% of the time they fix it for free, complete replacement, even if I call about it days later. Never had an unpleasant experience here. Everyone is nice and 99% of the time you get exactly what you asked for. Visit this place at least 2/3 times a week.

I go to tons of different Dunkin’ Donuts all over the tri-state area from the middle of nowhere to in Center City Philadelphia and this is probably got to be one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. Very fast, very polite, very professional. When I order several dozens of donuts and jugs of coffee, I normally expect to wait anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. They had me in an out in less than five. I will be back, great job!

I go here a few times a week for coffee and breakfast the staff is so nice and get your order to you as quickly as they can! It's always clean and everyone is smiling and happy even if they are not they seem to be. Also remodel looks great!

Great DD! Nice outdoor seating. Clean store and bathrooms. It is obviously well kept. Friendly staff. Donuts and coffee are great!

Super efficient takeout system! Loved that there was a long drive-thru line and we scooted right past it by placing a mobile order. Walked right in, grabbed my food and coffee and got right out!

I come to this dunkin almost every morning. Management is very friendly and nice. Lori is amazing and always says good morning and holds a conversation with her customers. I prefer this dunkin over all the others.

The pain old fashion and the jelly donuts are always great!

Great looking new store only bad thing is if you want your Dunkin points you have to use the drive up or use the app the touch screen doesn't have a way to get points you would think their would be a way to scan the app to get points. But the positive is the store has really great workers and the new store is really nice and covid19 safe.

The line was long, as usual. It's worth the wait even in the rain. Cannot enter the business after 6 pm in St Clair so no choice anyway. Everything was fresh n enjoyable. Pretty consistent. That's all we ask./...11.4.2022 stopped in today n tried the bagel bites. Sucked. Wont get those again. Eggs tasted fake n the texture was odd. Cheese tasted sour n bacon crumbs is more like it. Entire purchase went in garbage. Donuts were fresh as ever n tasty. Employees were so very kind n everyone was was working quickly. The line in St Clair, Pa is always long but moves forward at an ok pace. I was surprised at about 2 pm they ran out of sesame bagels. Husband says his coffee was just ok w flavor. No big deal.

First time at this location, got a decaf pumpkin spice hot latte; iced matcha latte w/ blueberry & liquid sugar. Not only Is this store absolutely beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly. I see you St.claire! S/o to your GM!

Always great coffee and donuts. Trying to get used to new point system. Wish u didn't have to use in house machine to order. Complicated for seniors and people not familiar with system to make order. Sure they help but ........

Always nice and friendly service. They always get my order right. The owners should have a tip jar/cup for their employees. I tip and always say this to whoever is waiting on me. Every other Dunkin’ I go to does ( I go every day, often twice a day. Mostly in Philadelphia but from the Jersey shore to Michigan.
