I had my wedding rehearsal dinner, ceremony, & reception at Crooked Oaks. Megan is so easy to work with & does whatever she can to make your day perfect. She responds to your questions quickly and everything I asked of her she made happen! The venue was beautiful & the staff were very helpful. We got married in the spring so everything was blooming and it just made pictures that much better. My bridal party, my husband, & I also stayed the entire weekend on the property & the lodging is excellent. Clean rooms & you feel at home. It had everything we needed. I would recommend Crooked Oaks for any occasion, but especially for your wedding!

We booked Crooked Oaks for our wedding/ reception, and it was nothing short of amazing! Megan is FANTASTIC. I was over three hours away planning a wedding and she was kind enough to send pictures of things that I wasn’t able to come in person for. Megan and her team worked endlessly to make sure that everything was perfect! We were able to use the property for engagement photos as well as lodging!

My sons graduation weekend celebration was first class! Megan was such a joy to work with. His family from out of town was able to book the extra cabins for lodging which was a bonus to have everyone there to celebrate. The property is beautiful and well maintained. They kept the area clean and the boys really enjoyed fishing and all the other activities provided by the staff. Everyone had a ball!!! We can't wait to come back. The privacy and security of the passcode entry was a bonus.

Crooked Oaks was an awesome wedding venue, my wife and I had a blast. The staff was phenomenal to work with and the best part for us was that there was plenty of bedrooms for out-of-town guests. It really is an all-in-one venue. I also high recommend Wilson Catering. WAR EAGLE!!!

I love looking back at our wedding day and thinking about how perfect of a venue this was. Perfectly laid back, flexible, and beautiful. Even when it rained all morning. Nothing beats the Japanese maple blooms in November 💕

I have worked with Crooked Oaks on wedding days as a vendor, as well as used them for my own events. They are ALWAYS so accommodating and helpful, to not only their customers but the rest of the vendor team. They truly make every event run smoothly. Megan is an absolute gem to work with! Plus, fall is just magical!

Crooked Oaks was the perfect venue for our wedding! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, particularly in the fall. There is so much room, and plenty of ways to utilize the space to suit individual needs. We were married in the meadow, with our reception in the event space. The venue staff had everything set up perfectly, ahead of time, and the transition from the ceremony to the reception was perfect. Additionally, we were able to rent out all the lodging onsite (lodge, cabin, and barn room) which worked out perfectly to house the wedding party. No one in attendance at our wedding had one negative thing to say. This was my second time staying here and I already cannot wait to go back.

Additionally, Megan Anderson, the Sales and Guest Director, was invaluable to us. She was there when we showed up the day prior to our wedding to do anything me needed to make the place perfect. Her and her crew set up all the table, chairs, and decorations. She had a golf cart ready for us to use to move around the property. The day of the wedding, having her there was like having a second wedding planner there. She was extremely approachable and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for an amazing place to have you event, please, stop looking. You’ve found it at Crooked Oaks.

Crooked Oaks is magical! I have stayed twice and can’t wait to return. The accommodations are perfect— cozy cabins with rustic touches. We walked the trails, enjoyed the gardens, and even fished in the large lakes.

The staff is incredible— Megan Anderson took care of every detail and is a delight to work with. She went above and beyond to make our visits special❣

Crooked Oaks was the perfect place to hold our wedding reception. Megan was extremely accommodating, flexible, and took such good care of us. We were well-informed both leading up to the event and the day of. The venue and surrounding property are beautiful and I was so happy with how our day turned out!

We could not have asked for more! I had my wedding here. Some of my family also rented one of the cabins on the grounds. This place was perfect. Megan was a huge help, the whole process was so easy. I highly recommend getting married in the beginning of April- the nature of this place shows out and we needed practically no decoration. The ceremony green space was wonderful, especially have the option to use some old pews. The lodge is spacious and the pavilion is perfect! This place offered more for the price than anywhere else(linens, chairs, etc.), and I feel they overdelivered! Run, don't walk, to book your event here!

We have booked our wedding reception at Crooked Oaks for next spring and this far the hospitality and helpfulness we have received from Crooked Oaks has been amazing! Weddings are so stressful and this has been such a stress free experience... Megan is kind, professional, and on top of things! She is also a great resource for wonderful vendors in the Auburn-Opelika area. And, their packages are the most reasonable in terms of price & flexibility-- no crazy added (surprise) fees/rules/vendor requirements.

Wow! What a great place for a weekend get away, a wedding or reception venue, or a true Southern Hunting Experience. Lee, our guide did an excellent job of putting us on birds, and making sure our hunting experience was top-notch. Megan did an excellent job of getting us checked in, accommodating our needs, and making sure we ate like kings at every meal. Put Crooked Oaks on your destination list if you are in the Auburn area and see a piece of Auburn Football History.

We were traveling from out of state to host our daughter’s wedding. Crooked Oaks provided the perfect venue for our family and friends joining us! Having lodging available on property allowed us to spend a weekend making memories as an entire family, in addition to the beautiful memories of the wedding itself. Couldn’t recommend Megan and the crew at Crooked Oaks more heartily!

We just arrived home today after spending 3 nights on Crooked oaks Farm. It was the MOST relaxing vacation we've ever been on.
Pros: They have a couple pounds to fish in that are stocked with Bass and bream. They provided us with a golf cart to explore the 750 acre property. Theres a nice creek to cool off in. My 5 year old grandson LOVED the creek.
Cons: These are more like tips if you stay in the Barn Suite. If you're a coffee drinker, take your own coffee. They're generous enough to stock the cabin with coffee, but the coffee left for us was very old. I also had to purchase coffee filters because the basket had holes in it and grounds were in the coffee.
The bed was amazing!! The pillows and quilts made me look forward to bed time. The staff were so accommodating!!
The air is even fresher there. The "Barn Suite) is similar to a duplex. One side is the suite with a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Theres no kitchen. I wasn't planning on cooking so that was fine with me!!! We'll def be back!!! I didn't want to leave!!

What a fantastic hunting and lodging experience. The staff is incredible and the grounds are immaculate. We have hunted many venues and this one is the best value you’ll find. Thanks for taking care of us and treating us like family. We will be back.
