Rita is amazing as our UV mail carrier. She always speaks and delivers the mail in a prompt manner. Prior to Rita, we had a lot of resident complaints about their mail. We are so happy to have her on the property. She is now UV family and we are so thankful for her. Thank you Rita for taking care of our residents and us!

I have a small business and mail several packages from this post office. I have never had a problem with any of the staff and all of my packages get to their destinations on time. They have all been very helpful and efficient and I appreciate all that they do.

I am surprised at all the horrible reviews. I've never had any problem mailing things from this location. The staff is informative and my stuff always gets where it is supposed to go and gets there super fast, even if it's over seas. I love the USPS

Very informative and professional. I didn't catch her name but the passport representative was helpful and even took us earlier than our appointment was scheduled. Answered my questions thoroughly, truly made the application process a breeze. Thanks alot!

I never had any problems with shipping from this office.

It's the Post Office...nothing more, nothing less.

They typically fix mistakes quickly when they can, but if possible, send your packages/letters requiring signatures through another mailing service. They have never come to our door for letters requiring signatures. They sometimes leave an accurate redelivery notice in the mailbox, but I've also been left a redelivery notice inside an ad booklet with no date & the wrong USPS address. When I eventually found it and followed the instructions, the other USPS office said someone left the wrong notice and recommended I contact Central USPS - who had already returned it to sender.

Not very personable but they're growing on me... AND they never screwed up my packages 📦

I had a package delivered to my grandmother, but it didn't get there. It said "insufficient address" even though it made it all the way to Central. It has been over a week and the package has still not been returned to me and I live only 2 hours away. Also, my grandmother says that she has trouble getting her mail delivered at times. I was unable to reach a person when I called.
