We are SO IMPRESSED! And so happy that we chose Matt and his great team to install our flooring. From meeting with Brian, who was unbelievable thorough in explaining the process and setting up an appointment to bring samples, to the actual installation we are just so thrilled! The team was here for a few days and it was obvious that each of them are the best of the best! AND they really seemed to take pride in their job and enjoyed working together. :-) Their talent shows in their work. Our floors look beautiful. Not one single complaint. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs any type of flooring work done. Thanks again!

Matt and his team were exceptional to work with. They were prompt with communication, flexible with a last minute scheduling snafu, and professional with the carpet repair that was needed (stretching and re-tacking from ice maker water line leak). I chose Matt for this emergency repair because of the online reviews and will definitely return as a "customer" to purchase and install new carpeting when needed in the future. Thanks Matt and crew!

How many businesses these days are responsive, honest and provide a good value. I had received a few rough estimates that were way out of line. I reached out to Matt and he gave me a ballpark number (which blew away anyone else's pricing for the same product). I had them come out and give me an official estimate and the estimate was right in line with the ballpark number. The job (LVP on a covered rear porch) was completed quickly and it looks amazing. What more could you want from business? Sure, go ahead and get another estimate. I have no doubt you will come back to Matt. Just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Update - It only gets better - My wife came to our vacation home and wanted molding along another wall. I emailed Matt at 5:32 on Saturday asking if he could take are of this. I fully expected that I wouldn't hear from him until the next business day (Monday). I received his email at 6:52. It was short and sweet. "Yes, can we come at 7:45 Monday". I can't tell you the last time I worked with anyone like Matt. Do yourself a favor work with him. You won't be sorry.

I called Matt Monday morning at 9:30 AM. I explained my need and he had a sales rep in my house by 12 PM. Extremely professional knowledgeable, and we decided on a product to install. Less than 24 hours later a fantastic team of installers came to my house, installed the product and went on their way, leaving no mess, and nothing for me to do but admire the professional and quick installation. That is customer service. That is dealing with a great local business. If you need any flooring product, call Matt he’s the man.

Forget the big box stores, and the nationally advertised companies. Work with local businesses, like Matt , and you will be much happier.

Matt's team did a wonderful job installing our new carpet. The price was reasonable and no money was required until all work was done and inspected by the customer. The estimate and installation times were easy to schedule and everyone was friendly and professional. Our unit was left clean, organized and all put back together - even the lamps were plugged in. Highly recommend them!

Walked into the store last week.
Matt the owner immediately greeted us. Told him what we needed. In 10 minutes we made our selection. The estimator met us at our house an hour later. Within a week they (including Matt!) came back, quickly installed the carpet, left our house perfectly clean....AND he and his team are super nice guys. It could not have been an easier.

I needed repairs of a few carpet seams. Matt was very responsive! He asked me to send him a few photos, and he got back to me with an estimated price and proposed date of service right away. He arrived when he said he would, he did a great job, and he provided some good advice for ongoing carpet care. I will absolutely be calling Matt back when I'm ready for new flooring!

We have used Matt TCG twice. The first time was to replace 2,000 sq. ft. of carpeting. He came to the house with samples, explained everything clearly and gave us a great price. The second time was to remove 500 square ft. of carpeting and replace with Mannington's Audra Max luxury vinyl. His crew of 3 made quick order of this job, completing the install and clean-up in less than 8 hours. We are very pleased with their work and even more please we saved over $1,000.

Matt and his installation crew are top-notch! We had to replace carpeting in 2 floors of our home. After a preliminary call, Matt came to our home to review options and take measurements and provide an estimate. He took the time, both at our home and in his showroom, to review options to ensure we were comfortable with our decision. His no pressure approach is refreshing. Eli and his installation crew were fantastic! We could not believe how efficiently they worked. We love how it turned out! We will definitely be using Matt again and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Matt and his crew, led by Eli, just finished installing carpet throughout all of our 3 bedrooms and loft. They did a fantastic job. We went with a Mohawk carpet that had to be ordered but Matt kept us well informed while it was being produced and shipped. We set an install date just two days after it was delivered to his shop. The crew arrived right on time, were polite and courteous, very careful, professional and talented. We just had our whole house painted last week and were very nervous about scratches and dings on the walls. Not one! They were so careful! The carpet looks better than we could have imagined. Matt came at the beginning and end of the job to make sure everything was to our liking. We can't say enough good things about Matt the Carpet Guy. Even better, no deposit is needed up front. Pay in full at the end. A great experience all around.
