Every time I visit, it's always a warm and welcoming, the couple that runs the station are prime example of what customer service should look and feel like here in Washington

I live down the street and I stop by here on a regular basis. I read some of the reviews, and I couldn't believe that anyone had anything negative to say. Yama, the owner, is awesome. ALSO this is the only place I that sells 40s, which makes it that much better. 10/10!!

Great young couple owner operates this neighborhood Texaco. Stop by and bring your business. Been inside the neighborhood since 1967.

My truck ALWAYS runs better on Texico and Chevron Fuels I get almost 50 more miles out of a full tank of gas from these two compared to grocery store gas and cheap gas station

Do NOT rent a Uhaul from here! We rented a truck, turned it in same day gassed up and clean. The next day they charged us $520 without a phone call. Said we put over 300 miles on it (we drove 30) and that we didn't return it until the following day at 2:00. Can't get anyone on the phone to see if it was accidental or fraud. Looking at other reviews I am going to go with the latter. Save yourself the hassle and go to the next location.

These are racist people in the store they assume you do drugs by your looks don’t even give you a chance to buy anything before saying that you can’t use the restroom. Very very bad customer service service terrible would recommend never using this gas station.

Uhaul experience: They do not provide utility dolly free as claimed on website, I accept that. The renting process is fine, not many questions and I return the truck clean and refueled. The next day, I get charged an extra 25 dollar cleaning fee out of nowhere on my bill, while my initial charge is just 60 dollars. As other comment said, use the app. do not rent your uhaul there.

I managed to get 25 dollar back after contacting uhaul directly, I hope the owner stop this practice.

I strongly recommend using the UHaul app to return your truck at this location. In my experience, returning the truck to the staff here resulted in an automatic cleaning fee charge, which I found concerning. To avoid any potential issues, I suggest exercising caution and using the app for a smoother and more transparent process.

Do not rent a Uhaul here. The attendant is abrasive and outright confrontational. My wife parked in front of the gas station (because we have three kids in the car) and he abruptly told her to move the vehicle out of there. She proceeded to move the vehicle to the side of the building and he came out and told us to move it to the back. I asked if we could park it to the side as we wanted to keep an eye on our kids. He literally started shouting continuing to escalated which finally culminated in “no uhaul for you!” Stay far away from this business.

I went to get propane tanks filled up there about two years ago and swore I never would again. The owner was inside, eating a sandwich and barked at me and said he doesn't serve customers while he is eating and he would be available in 15 minutes. I was there during business hours and expected to be served. I said "fine, I'll go elsewhere and not come back." What kind of customer service is that? Today, another propane tank fill place was closed and out of desperation I decided to go back to him. Mistake! He said if the propane tanks are more than half full he will not fill them up. I said they weren't. He gently vented and started filling the first one up and said next time if there is any propane in the tank he will not fill it up because it isn't good for his lungs. I said if the they were empty I would have gone to a tank exchange place and the whole point of coming for a refill was to not risk running my tank dry in the middle of a BBQ. He told me to go to an exchange place next time and take the loss on the propane left in the tank. Then he vented and opened the other tank and let the propane bleed out like crazy (so much for his lung concern). I said "what are you doing, that is my propane and money you are bleeding out." He said he had to do it as part of venting. Total lie...he was looking to be able to charge me for more propane. I then Googled having propane tanks topped off and everybody said it was perfectly normal to do that. The guy has issues and have no idea why Texaco or Uhaul trust him to represent them.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Doesn’t matter if you’re getting gas or renting a Uhaul. The owner is a lunatic, all the bad reviews are accurate. He was extremely rude and angry and treated us terribly. He literally seems dangerous, TERRIBLE reflection for the reputation of Uhaul and Texaco. I hope the owner gets some help but he does not belong anywhere near customers. Consider yourself warned.
