Bobaful - The Courtyard By Marriott

It's a boba shop inside of the lobby of a hotel! Yes, random but interesting concept. The drinks themselves were awesome, but what gave this review its score of 5/5 was the sole worker manning the whole operation. She also had the nicest attitude and validated my parking with kindness, even though I could tell the poor woman needed a break. They have the ordering part automated so that helps a bit, but still, haha. All in all, a great option for boba if you're in the area!

Bobaful is a boba place in a hotel lounge, serving drinks that remind me of when I was back in Singapore! It was getting late so I wanted a caffeine free drink and tried the purple rice coconut milk with brown sugar boba, which reminded me of glutinous red rice with coconut milk, a dessert that it commonly served in many food courts around Singapore. It even has the chilled taste, nuttiness and sweetness of Aubiberr (What I call it in Hokkian). Invoking a subtle memory. Bobaful's boba also has a perfectly soft and chewy texture while maintaining its brown sugar flavor. I didn't expect to find a nostalgic experience place when I first came to Bobaful but because of that, Bobaful now sits in my top 10 for boba, based off one drink alone... I will definitely come back and try some of their other drinks but this was an amazing experience! Happy Lunar New Year, everyone!

I really enjoyed my milk tea. It was exactly as I ordered. The drink did not taste watered down; it was creamy and delicious. I was surprised they were still open at 12:55am lol

The best part is that you can also hangout in their dining court while you enjoy your drink.

Bobafuls teas are the best teas I’ve ever had. The balance between the flavor and the fact you can taste the tea makes everything chef’s kiss! Their jasmine tea base is one of my favorites and we also love their maple Thai. This location is located in the lobby of the Courtyard by Marriott and is conveniently located right through the main entrance off Atlantic. There is a parking garage underground along with parking validation.

Can’t wait for more locations to open!

Really fast, good, and Edwin made it better by just asking a few questions. Asking if there is anything I wanted to test before I ordered. I am from out of town and made my experience at the hotel even better!
Ordered the bobaful fruit tea with light sweet and mango boba.

Amazing tea and drinks! Super underrated and you should 100% give it a try. Tea is super fragrant and staff are very nice and are offering samples on most tea. Highly recommended.

While the boba itself is not the most impressive since there are plenty is new and popular boba tea shops popping up all the time, competing for our $... but the atmosphere of the large lobby and comfortable seating gives this place an edge. My sister and brother brought me here during one of our LA visits, and we spent a good time chilling on the comfortables while sipping on some fruity refreshing boba tea drink. I think she ordered me a dragonfruit one, but I can't remember. It was fun hanging out and I heard that their hours are pretty late, so if there is nothing else open, you can come here to chill with friends!

Nice place to go to after dinner. You go into the hotel lobby and order on the kiosk. Has a pretty good selection of drinks and not to overwhelming varieties. Indoor lobby is very relaxing, a lot of seating for you to hang out and enjoy your drink.

We had time to kill after putting our name down on the wait-list at Chubby Cattle and it was hot so we decided to get boba. Did a quick Yelp search and saw that the Courtyard Marriott had a boba shop. We had never seen a hotel with a boba store before so we were curious and decided to try Bobaful.

Bobaful is on the right hand side of the lobby when you enter through the main entrance. You can order on the ipad kiosk and they will call your name when your order is ready. Bobaful also offers milk tea jugs too! We love that they use lactose-free milk so we don't have to pay anything additional for milk alternatives.

Matcha Jasmine Latte ($6.25) + Lychee Jelly ($0.75): This combo surprisingly worked really well! I thought this tasted so good. We got regular ("perfect") level of ice and sweetness which ended up being what they predicted - perfect! Not too sweet, not watered down. I haven't enjoyed a milk tea like this in a long time.

White Peach Oolong Milk Tea ($5.25) + Brown Sugar Boba ($0.50): This was good but the syrup taste was a bit strong for me. My husband didn't really taste the white peach either. The boba wasn't bad though - chewy texture, subtle sweetness. We also got the "perfect" level of sweetness and ice which I recommend.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the Pistachio and Earl Grey milk tea, standard lite sweetness, no boba. Love the combo and will most definitely return.

Amazing quality fruit teas. Baristas are super friendly, allow you to sample different teas, and have great recommendations.

Atmosphere is great, it’s in the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott and lots of ppl sit & hang out, some play board games.

Best teas in the area! Their milk teas have good flavor and the boba is always soft and chewy. What surprised me was their fruit tea is really delicious. I don’t normally like fruit teas, but these are made with fresh fruit. So refreshing! This gem is hidden within Marriott, but the ambiance is modern and pleasing. There is free validated parking in the Marriott lot located behind the building. Try it out!

I got the maple Thai tea with brown sugar boba and lychee and the size and taste was great for the price.

This place is great, is by the lobby of the hotel, great stop when you are working on the go, it shares the space with a Starbucks and is really simple and fast, the cups are nice and the blends are great and with well balanced flavors, the customization level is also a plus, you can choose from several levels of sweetness, and richness and all and because is in the hotel they stay open until quite late which is also great!

Amazing boba and one of the best spots in the SGV. Workers are friendly and the owner is amazing. Get a cup and lounge at the lobby to unwind after a long day

Highly recommend this lovely tea and boba, not too sweet but still very enjoyable. Tones of flavors to chose from. Get your moneys worth in service and taste, not cheapest but worth it. Highly recommend, will divinity come back again.

Great place inside a really nice hotel. Free parking with validation in a nice underground parking structure. Would be a great place to study and the boba is really good. Highly recommend. This is my new go to boba place.

Boba shop that opens till late in the hotel. Everything is still brand new so it looks pretty clean. Pretty good flavors for boba. If I'm comparing to sunright, it's a little lower and call you but pretty good to try.

The boba guy offered me a sample of the boba to try before buying. I thought his customer service was great
