Everyone needs the Post Office some time, even today with email. Emails don’t transport packages and physical staff, and emails cannot substitute certified mail. The USPS offers the best price and the employees at the USPS are always nice and helpful. The USPS in Boca downtown location have exceptional and hard working employees, and I have never had a problem there. For passport expect a long waiting period, because they have few employees and a lot of customers. I only wish for the greedy landlord to make repairs in the roof and remodel the place accordingly to the high rent he collects, About parking: we should park there without paying a fee, since we are customers paying for the service. Anyway, I go as soon as it opens, so I got one of the few parking spots right in front of the place.

Nowadays, nobody needs real post office. But sometimes you have to meet reality. In my opinion, this one is a good, clean, and pretty small office. With one bad thing: no parking space. If you are lucky, you'll get one over wise, You have to wander around for a few minutes or more. So come earlier if you have appointment.

Helpful. Very busy the area has grown and this small post office is incredible. They are hard workers. Not everyone in line is friendly so handling the public is a full time job. They do a great one in my opinion.

I've been coming here my whole life. The parking is tough but the side lot is usually pretty empty.

Boca Downtown post office is the BEST! The staff are empathetic and helpful, efficient, friendly, yet professional and very knowledgeable. Staff work well as a team and help each other whenever needed. They are patient with customers who often need guidance in how to pack and mail their items.

I love this post office. It is busy in the afternoon but in the morning in and out. Parking is usually my biggest complaint with someone waiting for a front spot instead of going to the side lot. Jim at the counter has been there forever and must be a saint for dealing with Boca Folks that can be impossible. He is helpful and fast keeps the line moving.

I go there every day working. I work online so my business is about shipping and more shipping. Very nice employees! Love to go there, I even have candies and chocolate gifts sometimes. People are very nice and patient. Great service overall. Love it!

I'm so sad to see all the terrible reviews. I find the employees so so helpful here. I'm in my late 20's in the age of email - every time I come in I have questions and need help. They save me money time after time with packaging. When renewing my passport they practically held my hand. Yes, everyone is relaxed and informal but who cares. Get a grip and pull your noses out of the air Boca people.

Figured I'd add in my two cents: I don't have to mail things often and I'm pretty uncomfortable doing so. Had to mail in my taxes this year with a money order and was properly clueless (I've only e-filed before).. A gentleman at this location (who's name I really should have gotten) was kind and helped me figure out where to send them too and How they should get there without breaking my wallet. They were very nice and patient with me even though I was completely lost and pretty hopeless.

Customer service is great, was able to take care of everything I needed. Only downfall is parking can be a little tricky if you don't know the area and there's no public bathrooms. I love the old timey feel of the post office and location is perfect.

I am giving this Boca Raton Post Office a 5 Star Rating, because I had to go there in order to get a package to arrive safely at the designated location.

I am a Deerfield Beach Post Office (E.Hillsboro Blvd.) customer who has a problem with my mail carrier giving my mail to my nosey neighbors to inspect before I get it...if I even get it. I am always missing mail. Also, if she thinks a neighbor deserves my Sally's or Bed Bath & Beyond coupons more than me, she gives them away before I even see them.

The outgoing mail at the Deerfield Beach Post Office is another horrible mess. My nosey neighbors made friends with someone, and half of my outgoing mail gets "Inspected" and never arrives at its destination. (Several returned AT&T items were never received by them as well.) Standing in line for tracking is not always convenient. These things have been reported over and over and just get ignored

So I say...Horray for this Boca Raton Post Office. They don't have to smile...I just want my packages delivered. Thank you Boca!!

This is the best Post Office I have been to! Not only are the employees Friendly and helpful but they are also fast. I work west from i95 and I don't mind driving here just to go to this post office. I enjoy every visit.

I had a first time passport appointment at this location and had a wonderful experience. The representative was informative, personable, and very professional. Everyone there was willing to help and the lines were not long.
