Krystal saved the day!! I lost my tracking number & she took ten minutes out of her day to help me look up my purchase I had made to find my tracking number & provide info on it’s whereabouts. Thank you so much! Super duper friendly.

We visited this USPS location for a passport appointment and were truly impressed. Kevin attended us and we were blown away by his efficiency, customer service, and knowledge. He was really nice and made sure our kid’s passport renewal process was seamless. Thank you, Kevin! You’re awesome!

I've used this post office a handful of times and never had an issue with the staff or the services. The line moves quickly, the staff members are knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Been using this post office for the past 5 years. Maybe one/two "ehh" experiences. One was getting someone to answer the phone. The other was one time came in at 528 window was closed. Dependant on who it is when the clock strikes 530 window is shut down. Yet there's been times when someone will say we're closed but say ok and take you. Fact is it's hard to get a live person on the phone pretty much anywhere and can't blame them for closing when they're supposed too. I appreciate them for working the extra minutes especially when I'm fighting traffic to get there. 😊
None the less, 99% of the time I've had great experiences at this post office. Friendly staff especially the gentleman who's always there. He's very helpful and let's you know best options. If he can't help he calls for someone else. This location is always clean and well supplied. Would recommend to anyone. Many other locations do not have as friendly and helpful staff. Great work everyone.

Amazing post office in Deerfield Beach, the dude from Ghayana that works there is the most helpful. I made my passport applications here and they were very quick and they do in-house passport photos as well. Make your appointments online.

It surprises me to see so many negative reviews for our local post office as I've always been offered the utmost from our local team. Lu, Rich & the wonderful ladies that hold down the fort have always been patient courteous and helpful to myself and everyone I see them tend to.

I give them 5 stars which I feel is well deserved.

I love this post office. The employees are friendly, well versed and they are attentive. They make themselves available to answer questions and the line moves quickly. This is by far my favorite post office in the area, easily accessible and always lots of parking. Thank you so much to the Deerfield beach USPS team!

I was here recently. It is the closest post office to my job. A few years ago I had a P.O.Box here so I've dealt with them quite a few times. Very professional. There are a lot of bad reviews here. It's a post office, there's many room for errors but this place always does their best to provide the best customer service with the resources they have. Always polite and advising customers to serve their mailing needs. I liked the PO Box as well and the way it is set up inside the post office.

The people who work here are super friendly and do there best to provide customer service. During the holidays lines can be long as expected but you can clearly see them workiy effeciently and there well staffed. I also find the workers here very informative and will do there best to save you a dollar. I hope they keep up the great work!

I just want to say : THANK YOU to DAWN EL ASHNAWY as our postman she did a great work - for several years we waited for very important documents , but government service sent it several times to wrong address. When Dawn found out about it she did very professional and attentive work , with her help we got everything . Again - thank you Dawn

Outstanding Service by the fellow employees at this location. They worked past closing time for other customers and treated everyone with respect. One of the best service I have received from USPS.

There was a short wait. The woman at the counter was very efficient. This facility has a handicapped curb cut but the doors are a chore.
