Classic Chevrolet: Service Dept

I contacted Classic Chevrolet service department and spoke with Alexis Parks about the need to get my Tahoe in for an overdue oil change before leaving out of town the next day. She told me to bring it and they would get it taken care of. It was completed by 1 when I was told it the best they could probably do is 4 or 5. She is amazing and definitely took care of me the customer above and beyond. Highly recommend!! Thanks Alexis!!!

Classic Chevrolet Service Department, led by Service Manager Mike Fitzpatrick, has never let me down! Once again, they came to our rescue in a great and mighty way!
The car has several malfunctions, to say the least! The frustration level was off the charts, so we contacted Mike Fitzpatrick. Along with his associate, Greg, and the excellent service team, they identified several issues that were going on, many of them under warranty! They took the time to go into great detail to resolve every area of concern!
In all of my years, I have never experienced the level of care and genuine concern that I always receive when dealing with Mike Fitzpatrick, Greg, and Classic Chevrolet's Service team!
My most sincere thanks, appreciation and respect to this wonderful group of caring supportive folks! Mike, Greg and team, you are truly amazing!! Thank you!!

I recently needed an oil change and there weren't any appointment available for a week. But, they asked me to drop it off and they would work it in. My truck was ready in two hours. I really appreciated them doing that for me.

James in the service department does an amazing job. He was able to assist us with our repair and had everything ordered and completed in a timely manner. We appreciate you taking care of us James.

They were fast and very thorough! Showed me my cabin filter and told me it was not ready to change told me to come after my vacation to the beach and they would recheck it! GREAT

I bought my last car at Classic and have been having my car serviced there for a few years. They’re consistently fast, friendly and professional. I had an issue at my last visit and they fixed it right away. The manager was really nice and made sure everything was done right.

Greg was my service advisor. He was friendly and helpful. He kept me up to date in the progress and made sure I knew beforehand if any thing needed to be done prior to doing it as well as the cost involved. Very happy with my experience.

Classic has been a class one act. They have been a good experience every time I have had to get work done. They take time to explain what has to be done. Mike Fitzpatrick is a very good guy to be above everyone, you all do a great job, thanks a lot.

Best place ever take your car for service , reason they keep you informed what’s going on with your vehicle. Not like last place had my truck 7 days never ounce got a call . Classic called me almost everyday with update that means everything to me . Will definitely be back .

Hands down the best dealership service center I've been to. Desmond kept me informed on what was going on until my Traverse was fixed. Even Mike reached out to help me when we had an issue with the loaner they gave my wife to drive got hit. These guys are top notch.

Always a good experience when visiting. The lobby is always clean and they always have hot coffee brewing. The staff is always welcoming and nice. I will continue to have my service done here.

Friendly, courteous and my truck was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I bought my 2016 Silverado from Classic in Owasso. Classic has been the only service department that has worked on my truck, including tire purchases.
