Excellent Post Office. I’ve always loved the USPS and very happy that this town has a great one. The self-serve kiosk is a huge advantage and allows shipping and stamp purchase 24 hours, in addition to it being a nice alternative at busy times or when in a rush. It’s a dated building, but the main purpose is utility and not a beauty contest so that’s certainly no deterrent. The staff is excellent, particularly Rebecca and Robert, after Jose retired being long-standing customer-focused friendly staff member. In a small “downtown” area of the hamlet of Hopewell it’s conveniently located. Always happy coming to do business here.

The staff is excellent. Very helpful and do a great job keeping the line moving. This is the only post office in the surrounding area I would recommend.

Excellent mail/pkg delivery!! The Post Master went out of his way, in terms of contacting me over an important pkg, I mistakenly refused. Outstanding effort to reach me even in the late evening hours for a scheduled redelivery. Kudos to the Hopewell Junction postal service

The workers here kept the line moving very efficiently and were very helpful when it was my turn. They do the best they can with limited staff and are hard workers!

Even when you have to wait forever on line,the staff is unflappable,and always nice,like a neighborhood post office should be.Virginia and Julio are the best ambassadors of the post office here.

Workers are very friendly and helpful. I have always been greeted with kindness and treated well here. Service is great even when they’re busy.

Friendly staff and I like that I can access my P.O. box 24/7....building could desperately use a makeover like most USPS locations, but I'm sure that's not on the top of their to-do list currently.

Very friendly very helpful staff. If you have any questions concerns or trouble shipping out mail they do everything in their power to get it done correctly.

Most of the people who work here are fairly nice and helpful. The problem is their business hours. 10:00 is way too late to open for those of us who work through 5:00 pm. Even if you can get there right at 10, there's always a line of other rushed people.
