Convenient on Route 9. Near other stores, Stop and Shop, Staples and Toys r Us and too many others to mention. Busy place, but the lines move fairly quickly. The Clerk's are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I ship twice a week. Anna is very friendly and personable. I drive past the Market street location just because of how friendly the staff is at the one on route 9.

Convenient location and the lobby is open 24 hours but many times the self service kiosk is not operating.

Worst post office ever I have done everything in my power to contact you.I had a package I gave them every packages I send you guys you never send the one one Raymond Avenue is better that you.There is a lady in there that is rude.It happened on Wednesday at 10am.

Please go to the USPS in Poughkeepsie city, instead. The staff there actually treat you like human beings instead of another obstacle. The lady who wears a mask incorrectly at this location on Rt. 9 is unbelievably rude. I get having personal issues, but don’t take your anger out on guests! Very unprofessional and condescending. Please avoid this location!

Rude and dismissive on the phone, how are you going to tell me it's not an issue when you haven't even bothered looking at tracking information and refused to take it ?!

Self service is always preferable, each time I've gone to the desk I've been skipped over and the person behind me is helped before I am

I went in today absolutely dreading it because the workers are always SO rude. I had an older male worker "help" me, he was extremely rude and condescending. I left and went to UPS who was actually friendly and helpful, I was in UPS for no more than 3 minutes and my package was shipped and ready to go.

The USPS Worker, Anna at the South Road P.O. Is Rude and Unprofessional. She always appears to be yelling at the customers! She is not a Pleasant Individual and should probably go for some Interpersonal Skills Training. In this day and age with so many other choices people can choose from she should be a lot more Courteous to the customers!

I love the convenience of this location because the lobby is 24hrs HOWEVER I DREAD going to the window because the postal workers at this location are extremely rude. I try to handle most of my business at the kiosk to avoid them.

There’s one particular female worker in this office who is MISERABLE. Rude and loud. Always an unpleasant visit with her.

Stop being freakin cheap and hiring only one person when you know you get a lot of people coming in!!!

So rude and not helpful whatsoever, they give you an attitude !
