Very good quality equipment. You need a zero radius mower, it's like sitting in a recliner. We love my new hay rakes and my husband is definitely sold on his disc mower with the easy change blades. Sometimes things are not always in stock but if your patient it will come back in stock. Josh at the service counter is very knowledgeable, butnot always is the service as expected. There have been times I’ve advised them to do certain work, and they fail to do it. Nothing major. Overall the service department is very good.

Bought my Kubota ZTR mower 18 months ago at Roman's in Bartlesville. Had a problem with the Kawasaki engine this summer, they told me to bring it in and they would check it out. Mitch called back and said there was a problem and they would contact Kawasaki to resolve it. After several discussions with Mitch, Kawasaki agreed to replace the engine. I thought this might be a long frustrating process from my side, but they handled every bit of it for me. I really appreciate everything they did for me!
