Awesome place. The owner of the business is exceptional awesome. Willing to go the extra mile to help a customer out. She even gave me a cutting from one of her plants! (Now she knows who is writing this too).
The place is wonderful.
A friend and I went to self wash a couple dogs. Could not have been better- staff were friendly and talkative. The whole experience was perfect! 👌

We've got a long-haired Australian shepherd mix that literally pelts if you don't get her groomed regularly. Our son used to end up with water across the whole bathroom and we didn't know how to deal with three layers of hair. They are so nice to deal with and cut her differently summer and winter, and she looks good either way. They also have high-quality collars, toys, and treats at reasonable prices. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have been coming here for almost a year with different breeds. Each time I was asked exactly how I would like my dog groomed and they have suggested certain grooming techniques to enhance the look of my dog. I couldn't ask for better communication. Both the owner and the daughter are extremely friendly, knowledgable about dogs, and have groomed all my dogs perfectly. My dogs get super excited to get groomed and leave clean and happy. I brought in a rescued dog who was dirty and matted to the point there was no other option but to shave the coat down in order to spare the dog from needlessly sitting through comb pulling. I appreciate they care about the welfare of the dogs and appreciate the option of a full service groom and a self service.

Incredible place to take your pet. Its clean, well organized and cool. The ladies were so nice to my pug and despite all his shedding and his fear of the hair dryer they did a wonderful and professional job. Thank you so much.

My Mikey loves getting groomed here. They do an excellent job cutting his nails and giving him a bath. They have dog treats, toys, clothing and Mikey's favorite - chicken jerky!!! I will never take him anywhere else to be groomed.

Went in today and loved how cheerful and bright the place was. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were within normal range for grooming and they have self wash stations too! We are so lucky to have this business in our small town!

Great people. Friendly and helpful. I had to give my pooch an emergency bath because she found something disgusting to roll in. The do-it-yourself doggie wash was the perfect solution.

When I heard that The Pampered Pouch was carrying special dog treats I had to check it out for myself. They have a great selection and are so beautifully done. They are made with all human grade ingredients. And I must admit...they taste pretty good. 😏

A great experience for me and my dog! I used the self wash service. Usually my dog is nervous in buildings, but she was relaxed and happy. These people know their dogs :)
