Great morning crew. It is like going to Cheers, everybody knows your name. Service is fast and accurate. Stephanie is awesome friendly, beautiful smile and always looking out for you. I have to say that I’m pleased with these employees. I think the most important part is making sure that the people that you’re dealing with care about you and these people do. Coffee is always great. Always hot munchkins. Well I share those with a four-legged friend and he’s always happy. Overall, this is a good Dunkin’ Donuts and I really appreciate all that they do it.

The people here are amazing! They are always trying their hardest even when the line was so long. All I have to say is 'good morning' and they know it's me. They were having oven issues one morning, recently; and the manager of the store knew how much I love my cinnamon raisin bagels; so when the order was ready, she drove to my job (which was in the same plaza) and she brought me my order and threw in a donut for me being so patient. I cried and I couldn't stop saying 'thank you' because I was so incredibly thankful. I'd recommend this Dunkin to EVERYBODY!!!!!

Great staff, good people who respond to respect and courtesy. Reading these other reviews are hilarious. Wrangle up a bunch of teens, put em to work 8 eight hours straight no breaks, no air con. Arrange to have middle aged men and women berate them for the majority of this time and show me all the work they do for you without error. Not all heroes are sandwiches but these folks rince repeat that 6-7 days a week. I can respect that even if my order is wrong 1 in 20 times.

Sweet friendly staff in Durham CT. Love this place. Picked up a gift card, couldn't resist a treat.

What a nice place . Small but a good selection of product.. the crew was all sooo nice.. right on the Post road next to stop and shop . Their presentation looked all soo inviting. I went in for a coke and left with two extra donuts.. Soo want to see some nice smiles in the morning it's here..😀😎
