I greatly appreciate the costumer service, my carry-on internal pouch was damaged and they were able to replace it with no problem. Good to see a product with good support team when you need it

I have an AWAY I purchased online many years ago - probably 5+ at this point. So, seeing a storefront for the first time I decided to go in and see what they had. They had all the usual items as well as bookbags, packing cubes, accessories, etc.

Staff were friendly and they weren't too crowded. I saw some lovely limited edition holiday colors and some colors I've not seen before.

Away is pricey but it's a good piece of luggage. Mine has been all over the world and is still in good shape.

Cute new space right off of Newbury street. However, the customer service was horrible. The workers didn’t even talk in full sentences to me. They could have cared less for my business. They said “email” instead of “what is your email”, etc… Non-engaging. Poor service.
