Dunkin'

I love this Dunkin location!! Everyone that works here is super nice, service is super quick and no outstanding mistakes have been made for the 10+ years since this has been my local Dunkin. I recommend the strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea 😋😋

This location is always quick, consistently good and correct, and staff is friendly and efficient.

So far so good. I like going to this dunkin. For the most part the workers are nice and friendly. Very helpful without the attitude. My drink was not made right at first. But when I said something she fixed it and asked me if it was made right before I left.

This particular location has the friendliest and quickest service around. They know what I want over the drive thru every time they hear my voice. Faith is especially fun and amazing at her job.

This is the best dunkin in RHODE ISLAND.

With a Dunkin on every corner, once you find a good one it's great. There are times when there are little mistakes, but they are corrected and always with a smile.

Like every Dunkin' donuts in the area, don't go to the drive-thru if you want the order to be correct. If you do go to the drive-thru definitely check the order before you drive by otherwise you'll be going back through the drive-thru or you'll have to go inside to get it corrected. Also common among all the Dunkin' donuts in the area is that day don't fully cook their hot foods. For example a grilled cheese does not have melted cheese in it. It'll just be a couple of slices of cold cheese inside some lightly toasted bread. You can try asking for it well done and sometimes they will do it correctly. I go to a lot of Dunkin' donuts because I'm on the road a lot of times in the morning and this is a thing that's common with Dunkin' donuts company-wide so I'm assuming it's either incorrect instructions from corporate, or they are under so much pressure to rush that they just pull things out before they are done. I have actually seen them do this just about every time I've been inside and watching them cook. Before the time it runs down they pull it out of the oven. I don't think they realize what kind of effect it has on their food. It makes it pretty gross.

Been going here for 2 years it’s perfect.. right off exit 30 and right back on exit 30 for my drive to work at 3:30.... until Tuesday May 26th. I made my usual stop only to find it closed... I’m spoiled it’s a perfect distance to work for me to drink my coffee .... went back the next day closed again....
just checked their Google pay to find out they don’t open to until 5 am now.... it’s hard to find a dunks that’s open 24 hours around here.... but their giant sign out front all lit up saying open 24 hours !

Today's experience, tho not typical, was consistent with the usual speed and service I've been getting for the past 4 years:

I pull into the drive-thru at 5:21am. I give my order and drive up - with 3 cars ahead of me. They're served, I pull up to the window, pay, receive my order, and drive out - at 5:24am. These guys are amazing.

It does get crowded later in the morning, but in my experience, it moves pretty quickly. Highly recommend this place.

(Also, extra kudos to Mary in the drive-thru - always quick, always gives me extra napkins, always super-cheerful.)

They completely renovated this dunkin and it looks great. It's so clean and fresh inside. The employees dont have high turnover here so it's always the same friendly faces. Because they are right off highway , they sell a ton of coffee so it's always fresh brewed

This Dunkin is the best dunkin if you want your coffee made right. Pawtucket Broadway Dunkin Donut has horrible employees and has no clue what they're doing. Not organized. Couldn't make a proper coffee, was not satisfied so I went to another dunking near Exit 30 to have that dunkin remake a better coffee for me, I was more than satisfied

This Dunkin is great! Its my favorite it has been totally remodeled and the ladies working there are fantastic, specially Carrie she does her job right and I mean right making those sandwiches. And the customer service is right in this Dunkin ;)

I have to say, I just got a coffee tonight at 6pm.
It actually tasted amazing! It tasted like coffee..Dunkin has watered down there coffee so much that the consistency is like drinking water and cream.
I will be sure to visit this store, even though its out of my way.
I'm surrounded by 3 in Pawtucket. I refuse to go too.
I have found Cumberland farms much better or Honey Dew!

Typical Dunkin experience

Conveniently located directly off the highway with easy return to both north and south on route 95. Very clean. Great staff.
