Thank you to Jeannie (hairstylist) who want above and beyond to make me platinum & did it with a smile. A shout out to Sara for her collaboration with Jeannie to come up with the best toner to do so. Love the teamwork in this store right down to the manager making sure my needs were met. I will now travel an hour to get my hair done the way I want it. Ulta @ Ledgewood, NJ you rock!

Reagan was an absolute gem! He styled my hair perfectly and gave me the chocolate brown color of my dreams. I’m so picky with who does my color, but he listened to every concern of mine in the consultation and delivered. I will definitely be back!

Jeannie is my hero! When a glam appointment fell through on the day of a special occasion, Jeannie kindly accommodated us and provided hair and make up services in-between her scheduled appointments. She had us photo ready in no time and made sure my sister left happy, smiling, and confident with her formal make up and hair styling! (And on time, to boot!) We can't thank her enough and highly recommend her sweet, attentive, and talented services!

I had an amazing experience with IA!! She was so helpful and you could tell she really wanted to make sure that I was getting the right products that I needed. She spent nearly 2 hours with me trying to color match my foundation & find new skin care products that would be best for my skin. I really appreciate the time she took to help me and was not trying to rush me at all. she was very personable and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!! Will most definitely be back when I need makeup or skin care and look forward to IA helping me again 😇.

Today I visited for a haircut with Katie, who is so helpful and really takes the time to hear your thoughts and execute a great cut! I am so happy to find a hairstylist that I trust, and one who is open to questions and educating her clients on product.
After the cut I realized I needed some beauty items and Ia was hands out the most helpful store consultant I have ever met (in any store, not just Ulta!!). She took the time to really make me feel special and it completely made my day. I ended up buying almost all of the products she showed me, and I never felt pressured to which I loved.
I cannot rave about the individuals in this store who really make you feel special!

Wanted to write about my AMAZING experience with the prestige beauty consultant, IA!! She was sooo nice, fashionable, helpful and knowledgeable. I went with my sister and friend we were shopping around for foundation and we were trying to color match ourselves. After she saw us wandering around for a while, she approached us and asked if we needed help and we said yes. She was so helpful and matched us perfectly. She gave us some tips as well when matching our foundation and she was very patient throughout the whole process. She was not pushy at all and made our shopping experience so much fun. I would definitely recommend shopping with Ia if you never need help with anything there she was such a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough nice things about her! I hope she sees this review! Thank you again, Ia for being absolutely amazing!!

Been meaning to write this since my first visit to Ulta maybe 2 months ago. I'm happy to have waited as the service has continued to be five star! Jessica the manager is not only kind and patient but incredibly knowledgeable and extremely amazing at picking the right colors for you! I now bring my daughter there as I know she will be educated on product and put in the right direction for her needs.

Super helpful and well organized! Love having an Ulta close by. I also got a chance to try the salon. Seamless process to make an appointment. They were understanding when I called to notify I'd be a few minutes late to my time slot. Love this Ulta!

I go for the benefit brow wax and style with Megan. She is an absolute sweetheart and takes her time to make sure your brows are exactly to your liking. Highly recommend making an appointment with Megan, and the online scheduling is quick and easy. She is the best!

I was there last week with my oldest daughter who is almost 15.. they were very helpful with the coupon that I had I had no clue what I was doing and what product she could buy. The ladies that work there were very helpful and so sweet.. I really appreciated the kindness even though we were the last ones out as they were closing.. definitely will be back it's a great store and I know nothing about these products

So happy to have an Ulta closer than Rockaway. Francesca is the best; she helped me shade match, compare brands, check inventory, and called another Ulta for me, all while being super sweet.
