I'll definitely be back! Best sushi prices in town, food was really fresh with great flavor. We ordered 3 rolls for $20 for lunch and 2 lunch entrées. The service was great and our food arrived so quickly. The restaurant is clean and very comfortable.

It's a hidden delicious place for sushi! Great for lunch or date night. Is pricey but a must try at least once everything we ordered was great. We're not sweet Sushi fans but I think without the sweet stuff it's pretty good. Would come here again.

Their sushi is superb. Their other dishes are a bit on a salty side but portion is big. My waitress is attentive and friendly.

We've eaten here quite a bit, but never actually eaten inside - always to go. The parking is always simple and I've been able to get in, pick up my food, and out quickly and easily. The restaurant always appears to be clean and tidy (although a little dark).

The food has always been consistently good - we've never had a bad experience here.

This last time, we had sushi because my wife had just given birth earlier in the day and, throughout her pregnancy, she had said that she was going to make me go and get sushi for her first meal! (Obviously, sushi is a favorite of hers and she was missing it during the pregnancy!)

As always, each of the rolls that we got were very good and very attractively made.

I would strongly recommend Fuji Bistro to anyone... we'll certainly keep coming back!

This place is quite nice at later times where the mellow sushi bar atmosphere really stands out. The mood is very relaxed and relatively quiet with warm color lighting. The decor is overall very tasteful.

The sushi was also great. The sashimi was extremely tender and tends to melt in your mouth. The rolls tend to be on the sweeter side, making them unlike most other sushi places I have visited.

Super delicious! I got the tempora roll. I ordered a bloody marry as well, and it was ok. I wouldn't buy it again. Check this out! Hand crafted sushi roll with rice paper instead of seaweed.

Wow! Really impressed with them! First time ordering from Fuji Bistro in Briargate. I got delivery through Door Dash - combo Buddha's Delight and California Roll sushi. Really tasty, appropriate salted and the beef, chicken and shrimp cooked just right! Recommendations - please add brown rice to the menu and sushi with shitake mushrooms. Thank you!

Amazing crunch from the bean sprout - shrimp cooked to perfection - fresh ingredients. It's definitely worth the price. The atmosphere amazingly relaxing. Come one out❤. The food comes out within 5 - 7 minutes or less. It is hot. It is fresh. It is colorful. It is juicy. It is crunchy; crunchy vegetables guys think about..?Sanitation practices are being followed here that's a +++++++.

The food is always amazing. We typically order to go and it’s packaged very well. The sushi is incredible and the panang and curry tofu are delicious!!!! Definitely recommend.

Really yummy lunch and great portion sizes. The Thai Basil Chicken was really delicious!

Wowwwww! Such a cool, cozy place to enjoy and indulge in some of the best Asian Sushi cuisine I've ever eaten!!! Being there with a dear friend of mine from work, I realized that we were going to be sitting for a few hours and, I was correct! Our congenial servers were veryattentive, & ALL of the fresh, flavorful food affairs that were presented to us from the menus we chose were simply spectacular... the mixtures of flavors was SO DIFFERENT, and one in particular, there is a Wasabi-Honey (???) drizzle on one of our entrees...Ohhhhh myyyyy!!! Mmmmm!!! Outstandingly so so good.😉 I wish I could remember all of the names of the dishes that we experienced today, but it doesn't matter, I'm going to be back and we'll try some new food flavors the next time!!! All around perfection, from service Absolutely, hands down the best Pad Thai. It’s filled with pure flavor & the right amount of spice. Thai Triple Delight in Hot Wok is packed with flavor and such a beautiful presentation. Sushi was fresh & so so tasty. Can’t wait to come back!

A good variety of options for food and drink. You can order Chinese, Thai and Japanese items and everything was great!

I have yet to try anything there that wasn't great so you really can't go wrong.

Try their house chili sauce if you're adventurous, it's great!

Update: The Mongolian Chicken is truly next level, it has become an obsession of mine. If you like chicken, onions and bell peppers, give it a try!

This place was awesome! Service was great and the food was slapper. Some straight flames. Had the egg rolls as an appetizer which were cheap and good! As far as rolls we had a Cali roll- bussin, The Mayflower- fuego, and the sweet heart- slapper. It’s safe to say I’ll be back! Thanks for reading. ✌🏻

What can you say about a place where the service is excellent and the food is excellent? Everything about this place far exceeded my expectations especially coming from a sushi place that was so horrible they barely registered on my "good sushi" radar. Our waitress was very funny and witty, trading barbs with all members of our group. Nothing beats a good dinner and a show. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend!

This place had super fast service and the food is phenomenal! Huge selection of Sushi and Asian dishes, many are healthy too! The staff has been great both times I went, Felicia was the server and she took care of me and the group I was with.

First time here for sushi. Our service (Yuki) and food were outstanding. We've eaten at a lot of sushi places in Colorado Springs and this one holds it's own with the best of them. Prices are reasonable for the quality. We had both cooked and cold rolls, see pictures. We'll be back.

First time here our waitress was so friendly. She helped us decide what to get. We got pad tai, fried rice and the Valentine's roll which is good and filling, one thing I will say is that the salmon wasn't all the way cooked..
But other than that the food was amazing. My husband and I plan on going back just probably not get sushi.

Fuji Bistro Tony’s is a neighborhood restaurant. It’s only 5 minutes from our house yet we had never dined there. Our favorite Asian restaurant is downtown and we were not up to the drive. Stopped in at Fuji and now we don’t go anywhere else for Asian cuisine. Everything on the menu is delicious, and we’ve tried everything. Waitstaff is very attentive and the food comes out quick and hot.
