This is a great McDonald's location. The service was quick and friendly and the food was good as expected.

Love that they list double hamburger on the app for this location. It's not available on most locations which means you order a mcdouble, no cheese but most locations still get it wrong plus it costs more. Guaranteed no mistakes when you can order it under that name.

I've only been through the drive-thru at this location, but can't really go wrong imo. Everything has been great, so that's reflected in my rating. Which Btw, I've been to kinda 'lower-tiered' ones: represented by kinda bad customer service, food taking kinda longer than you'd think, or food also not being the standard. For reference, I'm not picky and clean my plate anyways, but if I had to be picky about something... There it was. I also don't make complaints, unless I didn't get food. Haven't ever sent something back cause it wasn't good. I'm too shame to do that 😂

I think they have pretty much all the 'new' promos and things along those lines, as opposed to some locations I've been to that didn't have whatever was new or trending at all. Which to there benefit, isn't always going for long, or is til supplies last anyways.

I think its pretty busy imo, but I'd say that the service is pretty fast and the staff have always been cordial and professional 🤷 no complaints or anything that I would point out in particular.

I'd think because it's 'isolated', the hours aren't 24/7, but I can't confirm. I've only remembered one time when I wanted and it was closed, could've just been for a cleaning? The next closest one that I can think of, is either by PCC (Polynesian Culture Center), or somewhere else. Good to note the time if you're gonna trek to somewhere (location). By that, I mean maybe call, as sometimes I've noticed that online schedules don't always reflect irl business hours 🤷

Have seen this at the Longs in Hauula, close to where I live and frequent quite often. Their hours aren't the same online, so I'd always check somehow with someone that knows for sure.

Best McDonalds EVER!! Literally best food, fastest service and such great customer service. Loved the fried pies and spam+eggs...and all of the chickens roaming around waiting for a spare fry!

Coming from Honolulu, this is a good stop for breakfast if you are headed to Kualoa Ranch or the Polynesian Cultural Center. Don't forget to order spam, eggs, and rice, accompanied by locally sourced coffee to complete the experience. Use the tables outside to get a preview of the type of mountains seen in Kualoa Ranch.

Never did I ever think I would be writing a review for McDonald's but here I am! I am very sure the employee that works at the drive through window is one happy person, with THE most BEAUTIFUL view across :)

Guava cheese pie, limited time only

Came in the afternoon. Clean, friendly service, and the food was bangin' for a McDonald's.

We stopped at the McD's.for drinks and appke pies.
We ordered a bunch of drinks, shakes, slushes, sodas and sundaes doe rhe kids. The service was fast, staff was heloful.

Very friendly staff, very clean.

I hadn't been inside a McDonald's for over 5 years and I happened to come at a busy time during the dinner hour when commuters were coming home. Despite all that, the lovely young woman taking my order was extremely patient with me and explained the different options to what I was attempting to order. Every surface and area looked clean and sanitary. My food was tasty and well prepared. No complaints and only kudos.

Great service, great food and beautiful location!

Took my grandchildren and nephew to have lunch on Wednesday 8/1/18 and I thought it was brand new management and workers...our cashier Peter was very courteous and thoughtful, he even delivered our food to our table. Manager Tommy worked well and had a positive attitude and communication skills with all employees. This was very impressive to me, good job!!!

I've been here many times before where I've witnessed rude service and lack of support and communication from employees and Mangers.

Please keep up the good work and service!!!

Cheapest place on Waikiki Beach to get drinks!

I love using the mobile app! getting the better deals! Pulling rate into a numbered spot, placing my order- already having my card information in the app and being able to hit finish and pay and they come right out with the food.

I had a very good experience at this location due to one individual in particular Mark. He was amazing he was very professional, and polite he was happy and well spoken, he made eye contact and was patient with me when ordering, I had a very large order. He even when they got some of the order wrong, he was apologetic and rushed to get my order food and was almost immediate, he even offered to give us an extra fry for the mistake, the respect and professionalism of this man was refreshing to know that there are good hard working people in this day and age were people are so self involved and impatient. At last I thank you Mark for a wonderful experience while on my vacation it was an experience my family will remember. McDonald's take note of this man and reward him about he's an asset to your company you need to hire more like him! Sincerely a former disgruntled patron.

This location recently renovated their interior and it looks amazing! and for the grand re-opening, they are having special deals this week only (10/20/18 through 10/26/18). They also added those ordering screens where you can pay and take a number. Then all you have to do is sit down and they'll bring your order to you!

All employees are very friendly. 🙂 They really keep the whole premises clean, inside and outside. 👌

Was in the drive thru and the person in front of me paid for my meal. Was really kind and although I've heard these stories I've never had it happen to me. Felt really amazing so I paid for the car behind me. Aloha🤙🏽
