My husband and I went to see Dr. Wilson for a consultation regarding our child. Dr. Wilson was very welcoming, the environment was extremely soothing and he listened to our concerns with care and compassion. I believe whole heartily we will get the results we are seeking through his office for our child.

I am so glad I found Wilson Psychological Associates. I have not been going for long but life happens and sometimes you just need to talk everything through with someone that will really hear you and give professional advice. From the office staff to the psychologists, everyone is so professional but in the most inviting and kind-hearted way. I feel welcomed and genuinely cared for, not like they are just there because they have to be. For some people this may not matter but I love the cozy atmosphere with the decor, scents, and low lighting. I feel a sense of calmness when I come through the doors. I would definitely recommend!

Great, well trained staff. Difficult to get appt or to work with you. But excellent care for my family.

Had an autism evaluation in 2019 they wont give you a copy of your medical records after getting your evaluation results which is a hippa violation. planned on having my daugher evaluated their but rethinking since they are breaking Hippa policyAccording to HIPAA, patients have a right to their medical records within 30 days of a request; failure to provide them is a HIPAA violation.

Definitely do not recommend this place! Scheduled my son for an assessment and filled out the 20 page form online. Was booked a month out. Finally get to today, drove 45 minutes to get there. I sat in the lobby that smelled like pee and apple air freshener for over 30 minutes. I was the only person in the parking lot and lobby the whole time. I informed the girl at the desk I had another appointment this afternoon in tulsa so I couldn't wait much longer for my hour appointment to start because I still had a 45 minute drive home and a 30 minute drive to tulsa. At 15 minutes after my appointment time, i left. They didn't call until 25 minutes after my appointment should've started to see where I was. 6 doctors and an empty lobby and parking lot! Why is it 25 minutes later before I would've been called back?! I could totally understand if the lobby was packed full of patients or if it was right around opening time and they were trying to get everything ready but when they've been open 2 hours and no one is there? My time is just as valuable as theirs. 2 hours of my day wasted and half a tank of gas for nothing.

Never go here. Wilson Psychological will take all of your money and do nothing for you. They barely ever answer their phones and the therapists are amateur. Wilson Psychological will charge you large hidden fees. These charges will not be mentioned before hand and they will be very demanding of the money. I went here for over a year and they began to ask for more and more money for no reason at all. After you're locked in the first month, they will begin over charging you for their services. They have trouble processing and keeping track of your insurance. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. You will not find help here. The staff treat patients with no respect, you'd think it was a free government clinic, not somewhere you spend thousands of hard earned dollars.
**also no communication between staff, one person will tell you one thing, another will tell you something else. Patients get blamed for mistakes staff make.

Signed their intake form twice about 20 pages of questionnaires and took my payment info, of course first thing first, in Dec. 2020. I waited forever to get an appointment. When I did get an appointment in Feb 2021, the therapist was in her car during the session. She admitted that she did not read my intake form before calling me, so during the call she asked me the same questions again. Because she was in her car, perhaps driving, the call broke in & out, I couldn’t hear her properly most of the time. It was a waste of time for about 40 minutes. Then the call was cut off. The admin lady called to make excuses for the therapist and send me a link to pay $200 and to book the next appointment. The therapist that called me was not on their website. I had no idea if she was qualified at all. I thought she was extremely unprofessional and sounded green.
Then a fixer called to try to resolve the problem by saying many of their therapist were not on their website. She can introduce other therapist
that I can actually read up on. I asked about their charges and send me a hard copy of the intake form I filled in. They charge New York prices. I would give 0 star if I can. It was an awful experience for me.

Took my children here twice for assessments. Went through the 3 hr process for each kid 2 times and was never called back.when I reached out to find out what's going on they would tell me papers were not returned from teacher so we have to start over=more $. The second time they put my child in the front office at a table because of covid and had my son with a mask a table a window and a desk between him and the girl doing the assessment. VERY AKWARD FOR HIM. Never called me back or responded. Prices are very high and no outcome either time. Would not recommend.
