At first it was like this ..... after 15 minutes it became... thanks mcdonald's🍟☕ Have a good day, everyone.

This is the best McDonald's that I have ever been to!! I absolutely hate McDonald's cuz i always end up with crappie service and or food but everytime that I come thru Pennsylvania I have to stop here cuz they are so amazing! I swear. Their attitude is fabulous! Their food is always hot and fresh and made EXACTLY how I requested it! I don't know why none of the other McDonald's that I have gone to can make the food or have the service that this place has but wow. I just this this location! Thank yall so much for providing such great food and service!!!! 🙂🙂🙂

I stopped here with my family while on a road trip cross country a couple weeks ago, and we had been to a lot of McDonald's along the way. This was the last leg of our trip and we were all really tired from driving all week. Walked in to use the restroom, and saw that this place had $1 all day breakfast burritos (I love them but it's rare for me to find them so cheap AND serving all day). The older man working the counter was very kind, very chatty. He seemed new to the job, and another employee ended up helping him out (efficiently and respectfully) with our order. Both of those employees were very kind and this was honestly the only fast food chain stop I've ever been to that I've felt *welcomed* to. I don't know what the service was like for the drive through, but I can at least say that my experience was lovely (and I honestly never give reviews for fast food restaurants, I just had to give one for this specific one).

Is one of the best as far as getting food HOT! Customer service was amazing too!

I had to give it a 5 star lol . Its such a tiny mcdonalds . Never been i one like this before but i will say the customer service inside was great ( Emma) i believe . Very polite helpful . Thumbs up Emma . The outside has a nice enclosed sitting area . Clean well kept well its a small mcdonalds .

Best service ever, even when they were so busy!

Super fast service, the sandwich was built well, hot and fresh. The French fries were hot and lightly salted and again fresh. Decent McDonald's, easy to get in and out of. Service was fast and friendly. Perfect when traveling on the road. I didn't go inside so this is all via the drive thru. I would stop again.

The food: it's McDonald's. The staff: Wow! Just nice, nice people. Appreciated the cheerful greetings and the extra-attentive service -- an elderly staff member actually brought extra ketchup to me and my family at our table without us even asking. Enjoyed our meal & left happy!

My kids and their friends Love Mc Donald's. They would eat here every day if they could. I treat them to it every week at least. Teenagers have big appetites so it cost a bit to feed 4 or 5 but I don't mind. I know how my friends and I loved McDonald's when we was teenagers. The big order you usually place has been very accurate most every time even with everyone wanting their food made a specific way.

Of all the McDees I've been too, the Bentleyville PA has the best service & employees!

What to say about a fast-food drive through. Usually I rate them pass/fail. They either got it right or not. This evening I met an employee that was cognizant of the effect of positive attitude on otherwise routine transactions. Catheryn at the drive-through order-payment register this evening was one such person. She was more enthused about my order than I. A pleasure doing business with her.
Management - use retention tools, she is a keeper.
Catheryn - Keep it up, do not fall victim to the lure of assembly line indifferences. You sunny self will go far.

I had a good experience. I ordered my food at the register and they got it to me very quickly. One item to note, I do not know if this is a typical day at this McDonald's, but I noticed that I was able to quickly find parking and as I stated, got highly efficient service. However, I also noticed that there was a very long line at the drive thru. In case this is a typical day at this McDonald's, you might want to consider being open to parking the vehicle and skipping the drive thru if you are pressed for time. With that said, I will probably return next time I am in the neighborhood.

Well, this is a very good McDonald's I think. Loved the poor old lady who recently passed. God bless her. I remember going there in the mornings and ordering and then I'd pull up, and think wow, this little old lady is totally awesome. I miss her. But anyway, the only complaint I may have, and it's minor, is that when you go through the drive-thru, sometimes they have you pull up and wait. But it's no biggie, really. I'd rather have my order right and of good quality, then to be handed it very quickly with stuff bad. Good McDonald's here, overall! Love it!

They never mess up. Fries are always fresh. 5 stars bc The ice cream machine is never broken!

These are the kind of employees I would like to have at every place I eat.

We stopped here on a road trip across the Midwest. The people were polite and friendly, the service was fast, the place was clean, and had all the modern amenities that McDonalds offers these days. I really appreciated our stop here.

My food was good and service was good

We had sugar free Vanilla iced coffees and they're as good as any bougie cafe. The dining room was clean and tables are marked off for spacing.

I like this McDonald's! Even if they wreck up your order every once in a while, they will make it right! Everyone is always nice and happy! They get crazy rushes sometimes that kill things, but you have to be patient, they are not slave robots! The drivethru is one of the quickest ones out there! If you ever want to try something off menu they will try to accommodate you! The night crew rocks!
