Cecilia is always amazing and awesome. She fixed my sons new phone and got it working when he was having a teenage breakdown and she is always there to help.

I've always had such great customer service here. They have made my transactions quick and easy. Very welcoming here. I also love my phone plan I have with my family. We've got su h great reception and service within many places we go. I highly recommend the boost family plan. 👪 it is the cheapest I've ever had and with great service.

Wheaton way has a man named Hunter. This guy is the most efficient, amiable professional one has ever met in the mobile market. I recommend this man and his business above all others. Stellar example of over the top customer service, and genuine congeniality. Mike H

Had a wonderful experience with Hunter who helped us get my iPhone updated and transferred over onto boost! Took a long process of phone calls but he did an excellent job multitasking and staying optimistic. Will definitely come back and get his help again.

I got a new phone here after i dropped my old one in water, the guy who works here is rlly nice I'd highly recommend the store I'd also nicely decorated and you can tell they genuinely want to help you🙏

I just want to give a shout out and a big thank you to the employee named Angela at this boost mobil store. Its hard for me to make the right decisions for what will fit in my budget. She was patient and considerate to my situation. Helped me make good choices within my budget so i left the store happy and satisfied. I really appreciate the customer service she provided. can I just say, WOW!!! the manager Angela answered all of my questions and was very helpful and not only that, she kept my kids entertained while I picked out my new phone!! I don't know what that person below was talking about. I am always happy leaving that location every time I go in.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and they took the time to save us money and find us the best deal possible. Switching our numbers took a while, (that was a Metro PCS issue, not Boost!) but it was well worth the wait! They even offered us pizza while we waited. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond customer service. We're glad we switched. Thank you guys for taking care of us!

Angela is amazing!!! I got bad information from another store but she accommodated me and gave me the prices quoted over the phone. If it weren't for her I wouldn't have been able to get service. Thank you for being awesome!!! Highly recommend this store!!!

I have been a customer of Boost Mobile for over 3 years. I am a valued customer of the Wheaton Way branch in Bremerton, WA.
The service I receive from owner Steve Chan and Service Rep Angela Frith is always top notch. Any problems I might have are handled at the store. I'm always treated with respect and am reminded that my patronage is valued.
I have no plans whatsoever to change carriers because of the great customer service I receive.

Tanner at the East Bremerton store has great customer service skills . At the age of 71, I often stop by to get help. He is patient, gentle, knowledgeable and kind. He writes out the process I need help with so I can do it the next time myself. He is a great asset to your company! !!!

The woman that helped me was amazing. I went in there because I phone wouldn't send pic messages. And even though she was helping 3 other people at the same time she managed to help me as well.... amazing

The guy that worked there stayed open past the working day just so that we could come pay our bill and get a new SIM card because our phone stopped working and he was very good customer service I seen that he's worked there for quite some time and I think he's the manager
