The Kitsap Way location is the best in my book. We went in to transfer everything from the old phone to a new phone. Therefore giving the older phone to our Grandson. Jesus is a blessing! Not only did he give us great service, he also is very personable. The conversations, laughs and knowledge left us so grateful. You have a gem there Boost!

Much better than the store on the Eastside. Where as they kept me waiting a long time, made it seem like it was a hassle to help me, and then couldn't fix the problem; Jesus from the Kitsap Way store excelled in customer service/sales. Professional,friendly, and helpful.

Jesus was very knowledgeable. He helped us find the right phone for for us at the best price and transfered all our data and aps. I would highly recommend this store. Much better experience than the other Boost store in Bremerton.

I came in to switch my plan over from a previous dealer, and Jessy was there to help me out and even help me pick out a better phone than the the I initially was going to get. Not only that, she was splendidly friendly, could talk about anything with you, and all-around gave amazing customer service. I highly recommend her in the future and hope her supervisors see her potential!

The store manager Jesus is exceptional!! He was professional, very respectful, generous with his knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference between other alternative phones. Jesus was able to multitask, giving an amazing service to another customer that came after me. He is very fast, but speed doesn't take away the great quality of his service. Over all and in every aspect, Jesus gave me outstanding customer service. Jesus help me navigate the new phone I had to purchase, because my other phone was damaged, along with other devices I'm still in the process of repairing, due to these devices falling due to being rear-ended. Almost all my devices that were in inside my car were damaged at the time of the collision. Jesus was patient. I require certain accommodations because I'm dyslexic and hearing impaired. I was accomodated in this aspects with dignity. THXUmuch!
