This store gets a high rating. No complaints... Very friendly and helpful staff, good selection. However, and this is for the company as a whole, what they offer you on trades is insulting.

Came for the 9pm release of Kingdom Hearts 3. Got there around 8pm to finalize my receipt and get a group number. At 9pm they started calling each group to come in and get the game. I was group 3 and by 9:03pm I had my game and was back to my car. The release was very organized and the staff did an amazing job of coordinating.

Super helpful staff...appreciate the honest about my sons game system....thought we were going to have to replace it but he was awesome and instead sold us a new cord and totally saved me $250 !!!!

The new layout is pretty sweet and I recently heard that the customs issues are now no longer an issue so lots of product is flooding the stores. New systems are still a hit and miss though.

Bought a Pre-Owned Xbox which turned out to have family settings on it. When I returned it he gave me a fancy new one with silver lining and a reflective surface and looked brand new. I was inside maybe 3 minutes

I found a ton of plushies and merch that ive been looking forever for. There's great anime figures, amiibos, and tons more. I've found a ton of videos games that I've been looking for, but at an affordable price thanks to their used game program.

This is the best staff at any of the area GameStops. They have gone out of their way more than once to make sure that they are provided the best customer service possible for me. If it weren't for the staff I most likely wouldn't shop at GameStop at all.

I love both this one and the one on Chapman Highway. I moved recently to this area so I had to find a closer Gamestop. They are always friendly and helpful. I buy alot of ps4 games and finding them preowned cheaper than new ones is always good! I'm always looking for a bargain.
