Mother was made to feel very accepted, & Dr. Thomas & his Asst Jackie took the time & interest to ask specific questions about mom's hospitalization tests @ St. John's 2 months ago (verifying the record on file) w/Ascension Medical, & her need for Cardiac continued care. The new patient office visit was very thorough, & mom was impressed how Dr. Thomas had smiled consistently when conversing with her. He answered all of our questions of interest & his answers were easy to understand. The staff who weighed mom & took her vitals, & e.k.g. were very pleasant & kind as well. Mom is very confident she has chosen the best Cardiac Specialist for her health. ❤ Dad & I agree.👍
