Park View Village Estates

I love living here! Indica was extremely helpful with the move in process and kind and such a people person! A very quiet calm neighborhood and a beautiful park across the street as well as a pool and small children’s park on the grounds!

So far compared to my last "rental company", they are amazing yes key renter gave me "a tiny" portion of deposit back, but park view has handled all requests and concerns within hours! Not a week long process with backed up sewage it is amazing here... you truly are "HOME" and family here office staff is great quiet community easy access to owasso,Skiatook,tulsa... Amazing community, great maintenance on site 24/7 love it!

Easiest moving process ever. Mallory is literally THE BEST. People gave me smack for moving to Turley, but 10/10 recommend living here. I feel safe, my home is SUPER NICE, the team is very accommodating, and the prices are awesome. My kids want that playground back 😂 but I know they’re putting a better one in..until then we’re literally right across the street from O’Brien Park. They love it here just as much as me..and I have hard to impress kids 🤣 The thing they love the most is that the neighborhood kids all play with and love each other!! And I feel great about feeling safe and secure allowing them to do that! The whole neighborhood looks out for each other and it’s a great feel so far. 💜💜💜

Absolutely LOVE living here! Mallory is so amazing and truly caring. Maintenance staff is very friendly and listens when to your concerns when they enter. It is so peaceful and I’m glad I chose this place to move to!

The process was quick and easy the manager was quick easy and she did a great job even being alone she really delivered good customer service and was prompt to respond also the regional mgr was great and helped to ensure a smooth transition.

Manager Chelsea does a great job. Quick to respond and relationship with residents is positive. Parkview is a Nice place to live.

Friendly quite neighborhood..Ive heard past residents say negative things about Park View and honestly if they lived here now they would say different... Pretty much everyone stays to themselves theirs alot of brand new homes I would say though and I feel bad saying this but the rent is a little high but other than that I love this place for my dad

The manager, Laura, is absolutely amazing. She’s been incredibly helpful, understanding and we’re very lucky to be going through her.

The area is pretty much a respectable community, the office staff are understandable and friendly, which we still miss Amy but the staff are pretty good to us.

Amy is wonderful very polite and helpful. The approval was fast and easy. The home is gorgeous super excited!!

Parkview has come along way in the last year with the new management. They are really working hard to make it a beautiful place to live.

Great place to live, they are making great strides to continually improve our facilities and community. Stop by they are having a blowout sale today!
