Coffee and price is on par with what you expect at local coffee shops. I appreciate the round numbers when you check out. I've visited several times and have enjoyed what I've ordered. I'd say their coffee isn't spectacular but it's comparable to other local coffee shops.

Yes, nitro cold brews are frothy. That's not the issue here. The nitro brews are being poured wrong and people that order them are getting ripped off and probably don't know any better. Please educate yourself. I make nitro cold brew all the time. If you pour it properly it shouldn't turn out as a cup of foam after it settles. Starbucks doesn't serve nitro cold brew as a cup of foam. You saying to order a regular cold brew instead is a joke and a lame excuse to cover your lack of knowledge. A regular cold brew isn't the same as a nitro cold brew at all. Clearly you have no intentions of fixing the problem. If I had wanted to order a regular cold brew I would have. I get it you are new to the coffee business, but let's be professional and teach our employees how to do their job properly. I know that's hard when you yourself don't know what you are doing. It's really not difficult to make a correction here. Watch a simple YouTube video on how to pour a nitro cold brew... Problem solved. 👏

They have good coffee but they don't know how to train their employees how to pour a Nitro Cold Brew. This is the second time I basically just got a cup of foam. After it settles there is barely half a cup of coffee. $6 for a cup of nitro foam... They have been told the first time and nothing was corrected. The manager knows nothing about how to run a coffee shop and the employees are not properly trained. Don't order a nitro cold brew unless you want to donate half your cup smh.
