We had the BEST experience with Referral Auto Group! Not only do we love our new RV; but we love the staff as well. Ricky was our sales man and was extremely helpful from our first phone call. We live an hour away from where they were located and he answered all of our questions about the RV, sent us a video, and even mentioned a small cosmetic thing he noticed & wanted to get fixed (that we didn’t see nor care about). We ended up moving forward with purchasing the RV without even having seen it because we had so much trust in Ricky. Christi helped us with getting our financing going & while financing can be nerve wracking she had me laughing on the phone and talking to her felt like talking to an old friend. When we finally came to pick up our RV (not to mention see it in person for the first time) we had Mario do our walk through. He was SO knowledgeable & friendly and you can tell he really cares about getting these RVs in perfect condition to make sure your family is ready to camp without any issues. Mario made sure we were 100% comfortable with all functions of the RV and did not make us feel rushed when we asked silly questions! All in all - Referral auto group made us feel like family, we will miss talking (& laughing) with our salesman Ricky. If we ever need to upgrade our RV we will absolutely be going through Referral auto group!

We brought our 5th wheel in for some work. We were very impressed with how clean and organized their shop was. Jen in the office was friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen that worked on our RV was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He was also very helpful at explaining things to us that he had worked. Will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!

They do a seminar about RV buying that includes information about weight and truck limitations that should set the standard for an RV purchase. It really should be mandatory for all dealers to go over this information.

Update: We were so impressed with the seminar that we did indeed purchase our Shasta Phoenix from Tony and his staff. This is our third RV and this was the easiest and most painless experience we have ever had. To top off the ease of the purchase we had a few warranty issues that needed to be fixed and I am promising you that we had our unit back in our driveway, with all issues addressed long before we could have even been seen at other dealerships.

I am so impressed with this dealership. The owners are hands-on and so knowledgeable. I love that they are not just trying to make a sale like the majority of dealerships. They are passionate about helping families to come together and make memories to last a lifetime. 💖 No pressure sales at all, I usually feel uncomfortable when I am asking to see each unit, but they are all about educating to help you make the right decision to meet your needs so you don't buy a unit that doesn't fit the plans you have.

I recently purchased a 2023 Durango Gold 356 from Referral Auto Group. I’d been talking to them on phone since November finally drove the 75 miles to look at unit and fell in love with it. I started talking with Paul and Ricky great guys friendly no pressure fun to work with.Finally bought it in April ( had to wait for another one to arrive). When it did get here Tony the owner did the walkthrough with me, there’s a lot to learn even though this is my 7th Rv. Of course I didn’t remember everything so I call and they walk me through it. Everything was great during the sales process and the level of service has remained 6 months beyond the purchase date. The best advice I took was to go to Referral auto!

These people have been so amazing! They communicate so clearly, walked me through every piece of the process while repairing the slide-out on my trailer with an in-wall motor system (Not easy). I got to know what was going on at all times and their work has a 90 day guarantee. My only regret was buying my trailer at best RV in Turlock in the first place. Go to "Referral Auto Group" in Escalon! I won't go anywhere else. My loyalty was earned with good business! Kind honest people! And thorough solid work that shows!
