Chelsie was BEYOND helpful! She is respectful, professional, personable, was adequately informative and got me into a unit quickly at the best prove available! This specific storage facility is kinda pricey but she was able to provide the details that made the price worth it. She was very knowledgeable about the insurance policies as well. Definitely need more sales people like her in the industry!

Mikel was excellent. He help me get the info I needed in seconds. I am truly happy I got Mikel as my agent. He new what info I needed so I got thru quickly with gate and lock access.
