I didn't know what to expect when I went in. They made me feel at ease. Katy explained everything so that I understood what she was doing and why. She showed me my results and explained those. They walked me through everything and were very professional about it while showing empathy and courtesy. So glad I came here. I love my new hearing aids. I don't plan on going anywhere else. 👍👍

Katy and Octavia are caring and responsive to our needs. The hearing aid cost a bit more but the service and attention to detail make it worth the extra. Highly recommend this location and these ladies.

My wife has been with Miracle ear for several years! She has received excellent service from Jerry and Tammy through the Norton, Va. office. Her first experience with hearing aids was not a good one. A relative recommended Miracle ear and she has been very pleased.!!!!

I just purchased a hearing aid from Tammy Farmer and Jerry Domby. These people made me feel like I made two really good friends. Extremely professional, courteous, and awesome at their job. They made the whole experience easy. The hearing evaluation was extensive and thorough. They made a mold and 8 days later i had a perfectly fitted device. Being able to hear again is a life changing experience. I recommended everyone go see them, get a hearing test. These guys treat you wonderfully, and the hearing aid works way beyond my expectations. I have had two others, major brand, and i swear this works much better. It outperforms the $4000 one.

I brought my friend Julia in for a hearing exam and we were treated so well! Tammy, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and very helpful when explaining all the details so that we understood everything that was involved. Julia thought that Jerry was very easy to talk to and made her feel comfortable. She liked the way he talked to her as a person, he treated her with respect and was very kind. We will definately be referring our friends to his office!

My experience with Jerry Domby and Tammy Farmer has been excellent. They take care of any issues I've had with my hearing aids on short notice. I've had issues with my hearing aids, primarily from ear wax that gets in the tips. But Jerry and Tammy take care of that.

I really enjoy Jerry and Tammy at the Miracle Ear in Bristol Virginia.
They are so friendly and helpful to me and anyone who I have sent to them.
Any time I go to Miracle Ear they will treat me with a smiling face and any questions I have they help me with the question.

My dad has been going to Miracle Ear in Bristol Va for several years. Jerry and Tammy treat us like family and always listen to any issues we have.

If anything is wrong they will fix it and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is having hearing issues.

While I can't say enough about the listening pleasure my new hearing aids have given me, I can say how deeply I appreciate the kindness and courtesy shown by Jerry and Tammy in helping me enjoy my new aids. Staff members are excellent friendly helpful understanding didn't know what I was missing out of not hearing just stuff we take for granted the ever day little things like birds paper in my pocket keys rattles the blinker in your car the leaves in the wind but now they have gave that back to me an so much more I can only say is wow an it is awesome feeling to get back what I had lost an didnt know it

Jay and I are extremely happy now he can hear better. Jerry goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of.

Staff were very caring.. I love the service I get from my devices.I heard the wind rustling the dry leaves my first day !

Great services and really good hearing aids

Last time I visited the place was approximately 5 years ago, I enjoyed the service and knowledge. I prefer a brand they don't carry and they didn't accept my insurance is about the only reason it's been that long. Along with it being a bit far to travel to the nearest office.
