The white guy with really long hair must’ve maxed out his charisma. I’ve stopped going to game stop about a year ago due to poor customer service and just all-around bad experiences. This young man’s customer service skills were impeccable not only did we have friendly chitchat but he was very knowledgeable on what I was after this is the type of guy you want to promote and keep around I wish I got his name.

The people here we're very cool. I got a used controller. When I got home it didn't work correctly. I took it back and was able to exchange it for a brand new one only paying the difference. This was alot to explain but the guys working were quick and easy. Great job guys

I walked in super nervous but felt so welcome by Max & Ami ! They are also funko pop collectors and we had a great talk about collecting. I’m coming again. Please reward them for being such amazing workers! Thank you guys 🫶🏻

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I came today for a ps5 but they only had bundles in the store, so I had to order it online, unfortunately. Pretty good selection of digital and physical games available. Bought my Switch from here about 2 weeks ago, traded in several games and with the membership got back a good amount of money towards my new purchase. Awesome!

I swear it's a GameStop thing as a franchise but every worker I've seen on shift here has been fantastic. They're always down to discuss games, and the service is amazing. One worker Victor (sorry if I misspelled it) asked me if I found everything I came looking for and I commented about wanting a certain Minecraft plushie. He told me they were sold out, but when a shipment containing one came in he called me to let me know. I don't think I've ever been that excited about anything in the last 2 years. Truly a phenomenal location, with great people and reasonable prices.

One employee in general, Chris, was super helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me find what I needed and found solutions to my issue. I hope management will see this and realize they have hard working employee on their hands with Chris!

Our favorite gamestop. Employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have what we are looking for they do their best to locate it at another store.

The customer service was outstanding the only sad part was they didn't have the game I want it was on the self but not in stock

Was kinda upset the location in Amherst had closed.I was really looking forward to going there after work.Then I remembered this place by UB.All of the staff was very knowledgeable on everything I asked them and weren't annoyed looking when I asked simple questions.Will definitely make this one my game buying hub.

I did my Christmas shopping for my grandchild there it can be very busy I feel this place needs more help so that you don't have to wait in long lines can customers can't get assistance with items they're looking for and their games could be organized so that you can find what you're looking for

My husband and I always go to this game stop. Employees are friendly, very helpful, always provide excellent service. We always find what we are looking for.

Brendan is awsome gave me the best value for my games I would recommend this location definitely worth the drive from lockport .
