Always kind service and employees & tasty/fresh food. We visit from time to time and love to support this small business. You may expect to wait in the car line for a bit– it’s not a fast food restaurant shredding through cars at the drive thru. If you get a sandwich, expect them to ask what type of bagel you want it on. If you get a latte or beverage, expect to be asked if you have a milk preference.

Stopped on our way through town for coffee and we were happy with our choice versus a chain. Oat milk latte and a Cindy Lou something (Christmas time!) - both very tasty. The gal at the window was lovely and a nice experience overall. Left a smile on our faces. :)

One of the nicest places around for breakfast and coffee. The bagels are like no other around and are delicious. The schmears are house made, the breakfast bagels are excellent and the coffee is the best. Very nice crew there as well.

My first time at Wheeler's was yesterday afternoon with a friend, and I'm already thinking of going back again for lunch today! We were in AWE of our bagel sandwiches... I got a sausage egg and cheese with cream cheesee and they did NOT skimp. I was so satisfied with the amount of food we had, all incredible quality (except maybe the cheese). Our eggs were so fluffy and delicious and everything about it was wonderful. Best bagels in Bristol for sure. I also loved the coffee and the care that was put into everything we ordered, that's the attention that local businesses consistently give and I'm so happy we now have a truly incredible bagel shop. I'm excited to try more on the menu! God bless

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The size of the bagel was outstanding and the price was good. The only thing i would have liked is if I had strips of bacon and not little pieces cooked into the egg. But it was still delicious!

My favorite is the honeybee! I always ask for an extra shot of lavender. I’ve tried it, cold, and hot! Also everything bagel w/cream cheese & bacon on top! Staff is great! Always a smile on there face! Fresh bagels and fresh coffee!

A absolutely amazing customer experience with great customer service and amazing food. Literally something for everyone. Bagels, Coffee, sweet treats Frappes and they serve any sandwich all day. So breakfast for lunch really hit the spot.

I ordered an iced latte with their house-made rosemary brown sugar syrup and it was delicious! Excellent service and a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend!!

The management and staff are happy to serve you a fantastic product along with fantastic service from the minute you pull up to the window. Had a Bacon egg and cheese, it was totally hot and fresh. 10/10 recommend stop in if you’re in town.

Came to visit family for thanksgiving and stopped here for breakfast. The two ladies were very sweet, they made the experience! The bagels were amazing!

Really good iced latte! I got the Appalachia with oat milk, usually when I order lattes with oat milk anywhere else it tastes like a bottle of dish soap but the ladies who work here made it excellent. I also order an everything with salmon lox, raw pepper, tomatoes and onion with veggie cream cheese. I will say everything inside the bagel was good but the bagel itself tasted a big old but that won’t stop me from coming here again I’m just picky when it comes to bagels.

So glad to have Wheelers Bagel in Bristol. The bagels were not as fresh as those in Johnson City on our first visit. Hope to give it another try soon.

I had a gift certificate to Wheelers that I had won at a charity event and stopped in just to try it out for the first time. The certificate had no location but I was informed it would only be honored in Kingsport or Johnson city. It really should have said that. I ordered a bagel sandwich, chips and a drink and it was $18. My sandwich had hardly any turkey on it. For the $11.50 that they charged for it I would have expected a bit more turkey. Overall it was overpriced and I was underwhelmed and will not return.
